The ALYBENE ROAR Challange

At first glance it looks like 4 of the 5 fillies will be in contention for the win, when this handicapper dug down deeper in fact all of these fillies can compete in this event but in my opinion one horse looks like the cream of the crop
1-LA PLAGNE (FUSAICHI PEGASUS x ROBERTO x BLUSHING GROOM(FR))
Makes a quick jump after a win at first asking over 5 furlongs in a modest :59.0, she was sent off as the 4/5 favourite in that event and closed well to get the victory. She has the pedigree to compete at stakes level but is a little in-experienced to handle some of the other fillies she lines up against today. She goes out for a high percentage barn and one of Nevada’s top Jocks, but I only rate her 3rd best in this group based on her only racing once and her only producing a 74 speed number in her debut.
2-HYANCINTH (ROAR x ADMIRAL INDY x BERTRANDO)
Has just 1 win in her 5 tries so far in her young career, but she has a win and a second in 3 try’s on the dirt. She is a 1st crop out of a graded stakes winner in Indy Bertando, that mare was a 7 times stakes winner so this filly has some class behind her that would suggest she can be better then her 10-1 Morning line suggests. This spot might be a little tough for this filly at this stage of her career.
3-SISTER DEW (TALE OF THE CAT x WILD AGAIN x CAPOTE)
Has 3 wins in 5 tries so far in her Juvenile season including a win in the Light Locking Stakes running 6.5 in 1:17.3. She a well bred filly that is going out today for the high percentage trainer and rider combo of ce5s97p and M.Cooper. Her only disappointing effort came in her latest race where she was a well beaten 6th in the Reality Ham challenge I expect this filly to improve from her last result and finish 2nd in this group of good 2 year old fillies.
4- GOLD DANCE (MUJADIL x DANCING COUNT x GOLDEN ACT)
Is 5 for 5 in on the board finishes this season, finishing 2nd in her most recent the Dancer Hannah stakes where she showed early speed then faded late in that 7 furlong event. She doesn’t have the Black Type breeding that others in this event have but has the ability to compete with the top fillies in here, she gets the jockey services of V.Jef the top percentage jockey in Nevada but sigone clicks with only 10% of his starters which is the lowest of this group, this is a filly that could upset but doesn’t rank with the top fillies in my opinion.
5-FLEETWOOD MIA (STRIKE THE GOLD x SEATTLE SLEW x HIS MAJESTY)
Is a full sister to graded winner Fleetwood Gold who is currently rated the #15 older female dirt sprinters in the game today. In her six races to date she has 3 wins and 3 seconds with more then $78,000 in the bank. Un-like the others in here she has been carefully brought along with 4 Allowance races before this her 1st try at stakes company today. She has raced all 6 times here in Nevada and has won her last 2, T.Fishback has been doing the riding lately and will be back aboard today for the high percentage Fleetwood barn that is closing in of 100 career wins.
Fleetwood Mia is my top selection in here based on the fact she has the breeding, is in top form, has 3 wins at this track and gets her regular rider today. I like Sister Dew to be her closest competition with La Plagne completing the Trifecta.
