Today we travel to Saratoga, New York (America) for the G1 Sword Swallower Stakes over the classic distance of 12 furlongs on Turf. Featuring an international field of 12 top class horses, trained to the minute by some of our best conditioners, competing for $750,000 in prize money and trophies. This well-bred, G2 winning 5 year old chestnut horse by champion Japanese sire Deep Impact has had a couple of runs on this track on the turf track without doing a great deal but was a 12F Allowance race winner on the grass so the conditions here should suit. Once again to be ridden to be ridden by W Kewmwa from gate 9. This horse has done all his recent racing on the grass, after switching surfaces, winning 4 races up to 2 miles. He disappointed connections last start over 2 miles, the drop in distance should allow him to utilize his speed , must rate a solid chance in a very strong race. ODDS 8/1
