‘HER BOWS’ DRAWS BALANCED FIELD
Five talented older horses will meet this Saturday in the HER BOWS Bonanza at
Sim flashback– HER BOWS was a Cozzene x Rainbow Quest horse that accumulated close to a quarter of a million dollars over a fifty race career.

Sahkee x Forty Niner
His rally in the NC Mile (Gr.II) came up a bit short, but the trip was impressive enough to garner respect in this event. One should expect him to be tucked in behind the early pace setters. The small field may be ideal for his top of the stretch move toward the front.

This nine year old is still lightly raced with only 27 career starts. He ships in from

A.P. Indy x Pulpit
A former stakes winner on the turf, he comes in with only four career starts on the grass. He will most likely be running off the pace and will aim at passing some tiring runners the last quarter of mile.
As the morning line odds indicate, this is a field with all the starters having reason to be optimistic about their chances. The race has some runners that will seek out early positioning up front, and a couple of runners wanting to benefit from action on the lead. BLUE EYED IRISH comes in with a hefty saving account, but I am looking at GALLANT WINGS (GB) to put enough of a challenge to set the table for SIP OF SAKI to be there for a toast in the winner’s circle.
