The Raci Avenger Special
pp1 Delaware River 9/2 Last two have been nice but in last at 14 furlongs seemed to get bogged down. Still tough for me to not see this one not having some say in the outcome. If you dig deeper in past form 14 was a good distance for him 2433.2910 being a great example.
pp2 Nexis Rainbow 5-1 Last at distance was sweet but at nw3x fillies much easier than these. Yet their is something eyepopping about that one in light of previous two attempts. Still age probably hurts here still a filly whom will be heard from against her own and this is the time in sim years past three year olds do well. Chance is riskier than 5-1 warrants.
pp3 Tia’s Dream 24-1 This one doesn’t belong yet with conditions left to meet and at age probably won’t meet them but I am no one to criticize about overspotting sim horses because I have been a dreamer most of my sim career. Would be a surprise for us a dream come true for Tia.
pp4 Gold and Green II 20-1 Filly will give best effort in the end won’t be near enough. Last couple against the boys hasn’t fared well and nothing suggest any different in this one.
pp5 Ykickamoocow 11-1 won a 2yo stake on grass and was long time developing after given up on it appears until new ownership picked up and has done a great job yet still overmatched here.
pp6 Debsgotmoney(ire) 5-1 well bred with no experience of this type so better watch and see. May relish distance but price is short of risky proposition this poses.
pp7 Wingfly’s Dancer(ire) 7-2 will take them as far as they see fit. Translated if no early pressure, may get so far in front that only the lengths of lead can be ate up not actual position and speed rules.
pp8 Like Day and Night (ire) 6-1 One must dig into past to appreciate outside shot of this one. Won a 10f stake earlier this year and extra distance appears to work in this ones favor. Tough spot but bred for such but improvement must be like night and day.
pp9 Coominya Duds 3-1 Last at this distance was a tougher spot than here. Will sort through pretenders at end and may be too tough in this spot. Very nice back form and may be waiting on this type of field.
I’ll be surprised if the ownership of Coominya Duds isn’t in the winner’s circle. I like 9 with 1,2,8 and all. If the 9 throws a “dud” 2 could swing the upset. Or the river flop could be of the Delaware variety.
