Spunky Dancer(IRE)<\/B> won her debut at Maiden Special Weight level and since then has run only in Stakes company, winning with a speed figure of 67, then unable to finish better than third despite putting up speed figures in the low 70s. Drawn on the outside is Valdepuga(IRE)<\/B>, a filly Ballingarry(IRE) out of Oihana(GB), by Dubai Millennium(GB), who is bred and trained by rioja<\/B>. She has won three of the eight races at Maiden Special Weight and Allowance level, but could only finish sixth, beaten more than ten lengths, when tried in Stakes company last time out. Kirby\u2019s Quest<\/B> has won one out of eight races, putting up her best speed figure of 73 in a Stakes race over five and a half furlongs two races ago. Although this is a weak field, that race is by far her best effort and she will find it hard to make an impression on the leading contenders. B. Gall has the ride.
Midnight Rainbow<\/B>, by Hennessy out of the High Ice mare Her Scales, is bred and trained by ronleonard<\/B>. She finished well behind last time out in a Grade One event over a mile. Crimson Reality<\/B> has run only once previously, putting up a speed figure of 74 to win a Maiden Special Weight race over this distance. Bred by monopoly3, she runs for the hawk4<\/B> stable and may have a better chance than her odds suggest. J. Ventura will partner her for this.
