Race Eleven features an Open Allowance for 2 YO’s going 6.5 Furlongs on fast dirt . A large field of 16 entrants makes this race anyones race to win as both residencies have come up with some very tough competitors .

We have horses with Graded and Stake experience , horses never having tasted defeat before … horses coming out of local competiton for the first time and horses making their bid to break maiden . What is most fascinating is the fact that the sires involved would have most blueblood officianado’s talking behind the backs of their hands and chuckling . I say what a great sensation to see the representitives of their respective regions battle it out to see who reigns supreme !!!

Post 1 representing ESR is MALIBU SUNSHINE(NY) < MALIBU MOONSHINE x STREET SENSE x BELONG TO ME > from Teejay Racing Stables . First foal of turf sprinter / miler game dam Busters Street to hit the track at 22 /1 this colt’s debut at 5.5 F seems to have been forgotten as he dominated in confident fashion . Last outing was a bit rough but he looks to be in good form for today and connections feel his career is ready to move forward in a positive direction .

Post 2 respresenting Testbarn and Coldwater Farms is 34/1 homebred NEVER STORM(AZ) < NEVER SHAMED x CROWNING STORM x MANHATTAN CAFE (JPN) >. The third start of this colt’s juvenile campaign , last out he won in good fashion going 5F in Local MSW company 69 SP . Today he ups the ante taking on winners for the first time and must try to conquer the 6F hurdle which was a bit too far in his debut race . Conditioning and confidence from his latest race may prove he is ready for much more this season .

Post 3 representing Testbarn and ADS1 Stables is the third foal out of multiple GW / SW Turf race mare Northern Pulp ( $2.133 million dollars in earnings ) . Primarily an 8-9F routing specialist , this mare was dominant in her day and has continued producing off the track with nice progeny including her latest foal to hit the track TENGA PIT(CA) < TENGA CAT x PULPIT x NORTHERN DANCER > 22 / 1 . A winner first asking , this colt has seen a bit of bad luck of late struggling in listed stakes company . A return to 6F where he posted his career best 67 SP in june may be just the thing to get him back on track .

Post 4 from the stables of ESR resident Casino is the unbeaten MANHATTAN MOON(NY) 13 / 1 < MALIBU MOONSHINE x EMPIRE MAKER x MR. PROSPECTOR > . The only foal of He Mare Corey’s Empire , this colt’s MSW win in june was an impressive 62 SP gate to wire victory over the very same distance that will be covered today against local company . A step up against winners will give trainer Casino an idea where his juvenile will be going the remainder of his season .

Post 5 holds ESR Founder Trotters 6 / 1 colt HIT OR MISS(NY) < GOLDEN MISSILE x EMPIRE MAKER x NUREYEV > The first foal to hit the track out of dirt router game mare Deal Maker , this colts debut scored an impressive closing 74 SP against local company going 6F . The added 1/2 furlong , staking style and more conditioning might just be what this colt needs to seal the deal and break that maiden .

Post 6 is the second entry from testbarn resident ADS1 in the form of 23 / 1 LTO winner YOU AND MR. P(WA) . < YOU AND I x BROAD BRUSH x MR. PROSPECTOR > Hitting the top 2 positions in his last 2 races , this colt comes into todays race in good form . The NINTH foal to race with 5 SW’s in the family out of OPEN race mare Broad Project , this colt seems to be maturing and coming into his stride finally . A win today validates this colts juvy season and will give the green light to bigger prospects … love the broadbrush line !!

Post 7 will be starting ESR resident Jet Stables 13 / 1 undefeated SUPER SKEETER(PA) < JUMP START x CARSON CITY x CAERLEON > who won easily by 2 lengths in his debut going 5.5 F in CN 65 SP . A scratchbred with a good mix of speed and stamina , this colt should be suited ideally for the distance of 6.5 F today . The jump in class against winners is always a question mark for trainers and today that question will certainly be addressed against a talented field .

Post 8 at 9 / 1 is Testbarn representitve MEADOW GHOST(LA) < YELLOW MEADOW x GHOSTZAPPER x MR. PROSPECTOR > from the stables of PhillipJ’s comeback stables ( big Phil ) . First foal to race out of sprinter / miler game dam M.J. Indy , this colt has been pushing other juvies around of late winning his first 2 handily including the Cuborg Sid dirt Juvenile ST in AZ mid April . His only blemish on an impressive 2yo campaign was a closing fith early june in the G2 High Rollers Juvenile in NV going 6F . Drop in class poises this youngster as the big threat in todays field of competent runners . Put some sim $$ on this guy … he coild be the one to beat .

Post 9 at 10 / 1 is FOGGY SURF(CA) < SURF CAT x VISION AND VERSE x RAHY > Worldwide’s entry representing Testbarn is a winner first asking and a game 7th LTO in the 6F G3 Manor of Bashford early July with speed of 79 and 77 SP respectfully . The second foal of SW sprinter / miler game dam Foggy Vision , this colt has showed a knack for speedy gameness rather like his dam who earned $387K on the track . The drop in class should see a big improvement for this colt who has huge upside for his connections .

Post 10 holds the second entry of Big Phils runners representing Testbarn via undefeated scratchbred CREOLE COOKIN(LA) < HALF OURS x GONE WEST x HAIL TO REASON > 7 / 1 . A winner first asking going 5F in LA , 74 SP puts this colt as a player to be reckoned with today . Added distance should be a non factor , up in class might be the problem for this front running speedster taking on Graded runners .

Post 11 from Ryga Stables and respresenting Testbarn is 10 / 1 NOT YOURS(LA) < HALF OURS x MT. LIVERMORE x CAPOTE > This colt has won 2 of his last 3 including last performance going 6F in LA mid June 78SP . The only foal to date out of dirt spriting game mare Quirt’s Cup … with this kind of representation i will be assuming he won’t be the last . A great mid closing style gives him a good position today for a big splash at the wire .

Post 12 from the Lonestar Stables at Testbarn is scratchbred RAISIN HOPE TB(CA) 15 / 1 < MINISTERS WILD CAT x TEN MOST WANTED x RAISE A NATIVE > This colt has won or placed in all but one of his career starts including his most recent effort 74 SP over 6.5F of dirt . Good SP’s in his previous efforts and closing style should make for an interesting finish for this game colt .

Post 13 at 8 / 1 is the second Lonestar Stables entry representing Testbarn . KING OF TEXAS(TX) < KING TUTTA x AWESOME AGAIN x UNBRIDLED > is the fourth foal to race out of GW / SW sprinter / Miler Unbridled Mistress ( $785K in earnings ) A precocious type , he is on a tear winning his last 2 races handily and is looking to keep the streak going . Stake level is certainly not out of the question for this juveniles future and personally I am looking forward to seeing it unfold .

Post 14 holds ESR trainer Martele’s scratchbred TERRA FIR(MA) < ZONG x DR FONG x PANCHO VILLA > The longshot of the fields at 62 / 1 , this colt won LTO in DC going 6F with a 69 SP by 1/4 length . Used to being dissed by track oddsmakers , this colt flings all worry to the wayside as he runs on the front and dares any to keep up with him . There will be plenty of that today so this should be a true test of his metal .

Post 15 at 5 / 1 is the favored ATOMIC JONES(PA) < SMARTY JONES x TOUCH GOLD x SEEKING THE GOLD > The second entry from ESR founder Trotter . This well bred son out of SW dirt routing game mare Crooked Seek ( $143K in earnings ) is the sole foal to hit the track to date ( soon to change im sure ) . His debut was nothing short of spectacular winning his debut handily in Deleware by 1 length mid June and posting a whopping 83 SP in the process . A stalker by nature , with all the early speed here today he will be in fantastic position to make his move when they turn for home and should be the one to catch .

Post 16 starts scratchbred HERE FOR LOVE(MD) 13 / 1 < NOT FOR LOVE x DEHERE x WITH APPROVAL > representing ESR via Feldman Stables . A non winner in one start , he nearly made the score LTO closing handily in a 5F MSW over a fast NC track mid june 72 SP . Add the distance and running style .. this boy becomes a dangerous competitor today .

Graded Stake Competitors Meadow Ghost(LA) and Foggy Surf(CA) Head up a Stellar field of promising Juveniles

[2

post-9470","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-previews
["GET
