Trainer DRAGNIL struck gold on Saturday when his colt EAGLE VIEW edged out YOU ME AND THEM to win the Amity in Upper New York by a mere half length. The bargain stakes race was run on the dirt for two year olds over six furlongs. SLEW THE BUDDHA, DUNSKIRT, and RISTRETTO finished third, fourth, and fifth respectively. EAGLE VIEW\u2019s victory was his second stakes win of the year bringing his career earnings to $102,750. The COUNTER ACTION colt has six in the money finishes in seven starts. <\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

The Sanford Park bargain bred stakes featured two year olds over six furlongs on the turf. That race was won by trainer DESPERADO with the filly MISSALLOCATION. The filly now has two wins in three starts with $76,224 in career earnings. She finished a solid one and a half lengths ahead of CATCH THE BEEL who is trained by HAWKZ. Hong Kong bargain horse SHARP QUILL finished third for trainer VIENTO. VIENTO had previously won a bargain stable of French bred horses when SHARP QUILL bested other rez runners. SPEED CODE FINISHED fourth followed by SWEET SANETTE.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
