On the rail, Soris <\/STRONG>(3\/1) makes his main track debut.\u00a0\u00a0 The Kingmambo son began his career well enough with zippy MSW and ALW scores (both times as the pacesetter).\u00a0 The speedster regressed a tad after finishing third when duelling on the lead in his 8f stakes bow.\u00a0 After\u00a0getting outrun down the lane in the Omnipotent Juvenile(G3), <\/EM>trainer gattaca\u00a0tests\u00a0Soris over the sandy surface for the first time.\u00a0 Litmus test then for this classy colt — can go either way.\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>
<\/FONT>\u00a0<\/DIV>
The Strong Hope colt Gran Hope<\/STRONG> (9\/2) checks in for lbgong stable.\u00a0 This guy zipped off his first two outings in fine wire to wire style.\u00a0\u00a0 He also faltered disappointingly in his stakes bow, a decent 4th in the Die Arse Die(G3)<\/EM>.\u00a0\u00a0 Honest chance and should fare better with this group.\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Super1’s Soul War<\/STRONG> (7\/1) tackles the 3-hole.\u00a0 By\u00a0Vindication, the colt boasts a promising 8f ALW score…. but has had mixed results from two outings at the stakes level.\u00a0 Improving closer hopes to reap the benefits from a prospective speed duel.\u00a0\u00a0 Good\u00a0shot if he can step forward.\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>
<\/FONT>\u00a0<\/DIV>
From post 4, Pegs ‘R Us<\/STRONG>\u00a0(3\/1)\u00a0presides as the lone stakes winner in the field.\u00a0\u00a0 By Fusaichi Pegasus, the colt rebounded after a poor graded stakes showing to capture the Prophetic Son<\/EM> at Tennesee.\u00a0 That effort was over Satuday’s distance of 7.5f too with an 86 SP#<\/STRONG>.\u00a0 Should\u00a0knock heads with fellow speedsters Soris and Gran Hope — good shot if he can somehow outwrestle those rivals.\u00a0 <\/FONT><\/DIV>

2ofus’ Maple Leaf<\/STRONG> (8\/1) claims\u00a0post # 5.\u00a0 The Stravinsky youngster must’ve shocked his trainer when he bagged his 4th career MSW outing:\u00a0 a 90 SP#<\/STRONG> wire-to-wire romp where he led by as\u00a0many as 7 lengths!\u00a0\u00a0 Alas, the speedster was pressed next time out in his stakes bow, and ultimately tired.\u00a0 Will find himself in the same circumstances Saturday.\u00a0 Must bring his running shoes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>
<\/FONT>\u00a0<\/DIV>
Yet another speedster in post #6 :\u00a0 dundey7’s The Curse Lives<\/STRONG> (8\/1).\u00a0 The Boston Harbor colt boasts two wins from 7 outings.\u00a0 He tested 8.5f LTO and fared well despite being pressed in the early going, finishing second.\u00a0 He’s a game little fellow…. but again, this group’s loaded with speed.\u00a0 Outside chance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>
<\/FONT>\u00a0<\/DIV>
Finally, the Gone West royal bred Dead Alley Driver<\/STRONG> (3\/1) breaks from the far outside.\u00a0 His pedigree is so impressive that trainer sdmf5 sent him straight to the stakes ranks.\u00a0\u00a0 The colt displayed some promise too — he rallied in a 4-horse field to finsih third with a 76 SP#<\/STRONG> over 7f.\u00a0 \u00a0If he can step forward, handling the off track, the closer’s in a good spot to show us his mettle with all the speed up front.\u00a0 One to watch.<\/FONT><\/DIV>
