The Northwest Racing Circuit’s (“NWRC”) annual Derby series for Colts and Fillies runs this week to coincide with the sim’s triple crown. The races will be held at California and Northern California respectively. This years races offer a prizes total over 5000 in credits.<\/p>\n
Here’s a quick snapshot of the contenders with their owners and odds:<\/p>\n
A field of 10 colts take to the dirt in California.<\/p>\n
The morning line favorite is Cyber Chase (cgk2, 7\/2). Followed closely in the odds are Crazy Quilt (seniorbarn, 4-1), Dynimight (crandy, 5-1), Rockin’ Band (phantom, 5-1), and Howling Jupiter (rycamkel, 5-1).<\/p>\n
In the fillies division, a field of 9 takes shape.<\/p>\n
The morning line favorite is Belong To Alex (magpies3, 5\/2). Followed by Smarty Joan (crandyiii) and Begorrah (pinehurst) at 3-1. <\/p>\n
