Phillip has returned to the Sim in a big way since his hiatus of several years.\u00a0 He writes for the BTB,\u00a0 sponsors contests at his residencies and is active on the messageboard.\u00a0 He has 11 stables divided between two residencies, Comedy Central and The ‘New Red’ River Racing.\u00a0 A genuinely nice person, here is Phillip’s snapshot.<\/FONT><\/DIV>
