There was absolutely no questioning the quality of the field in the <\/B>Sand Castle Turf Sprint<\/STRONG> in the land of sand, Dubai<\/STRONG> on Saturday, and as we predicted the cream rose to the top with the number one ranked turf sprinter taking out what was a super race.<\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>

<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/FONT><\/SPAN>\u00a0<\/P><\/FONT>

1ST – TATSU(KY) \u2013 given<\/EM> \u2013<\/STRONG> Trainer given\u2019s<\/EM> super horse done it again and with some authority too, winning by 2 lengths in an all-the-way effort, piloted to perfection and well rated by jockey H Harzeim<\/EM>. The 5yo son of Ghostzapper<\/EM> produced a blinding SP# of 113<\/STRONG> in blitzing a top quality field. This King of the turf sprints isn\u2019t looking like handing over his crown any day soon.<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>

2ND – THOR’S ODYSSEY(KY) \u2013 aaafarms<\/EM> \u2013<\/STRONG> we quoted trainer aaafarms<\/EM> as being \u201cquietly confident\u201d before this race and that was proven to be fairly true with this horse continuing his great career and recent from. A placing in a race like this really shows his credentials as a class sprinter and if he can avoid Tatsu<\/EM> in some upcoming races he could really string together some top wins. Ran an even tempo sitting second throughout the entire race.<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>

3RD – URKO’S KING(IRE) \u2013 urko1 <\/EM>\u2013<\/STRONG> just like the first two place getters his finishing position was pretty much where he travelled throughout the race. Adds another top line race placing to his credit which has included a Breeders Bowl placing in the past. This horse will win plenty of races yet.<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>

ETHICS PARADOX(KY) \u2013 gradetwo <\/EM>\u2013<\/STRONG> This run was a standout in the way that he was the only horse who made ground on the leaders, coming from near the tail to finish 4th. Although beaten 3\u00a0and a quarter\u00a0lengths, he did produce an SP# of 106<\/STRONG> which would have won many races on Saturday. <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>

<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN>\u00a0<\/P>

Of the others not a lot made an impres<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN>sion in a race where nearly every runner held their position throughout the entire trip. All kudos is with the winner who could end up with some huge accolades if his career continues in this vein.<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>
