Aldridge. Joining the leader Mr. Tiger Bro(AUS)<\/B> early in the race, he soon took up the running and went on to win by three-quarters of a length from Gonzalez Sergio(IRE)<\/B>, ridden by T. Brewer and trained by ruby9<\/B>. Third was Count The Birdies<\/B>, who was ridden by Di Thomas for kinghaven<\/B>, while the favourite Mr. Tiger Bro(AUS) finished fourth here for chi4504<\/B> under M. Bower.
The winner was fourth favourite for this race. Running in his fourth race, he ran by far his best speed figure to date of 92, having only put up figures in the 70s beforehand.
