Owner: quitter Coming off a win at Stakes level over 7 furlongs she is all primed for the step up here to G2 level and it will be a step up.\u00a0 Likes to sit just off the leaders and then make her run in the straight which has proven very successful in her career to date with 3 wins from her 7 outings.\u00a0 Stepped up speed last time out with a 94 and will need to better that to take this out today. Owner: zewango2 Had a good start to her 2yo career on turf with three consecutive 2nd place finishes at maiden and stakes level.\u00a0 Since then has been swapped over to dirt with marginally better speeds on the track and two wins at Stakes level which was followed by a third place finish last time out at G3 level in the G3 Backward Gal Stakes.\u00a0 The distance there was 7 furlongs and she faded at the end so that may be a problem here.\u00a0 Front runner though will need to keep the competition at bay. Owner: horsechic7 Well the name sort of fits her career to date with a lot of attempts at stealing the race but botching at it at the end and finishing up with the placings instead.\u00a0 Fairly consistent though and having run a lot of her races over 6 and 6.5 furlongs will like the extra distance here I would suggest.\u00a0 Needs to pick up the pace but may be a chance. Owner: sophs Well a massive string of consecutive wins for this girl of no less than 6 wins in that stretch.\u00a0 Bar one at allowance level all were in Stakes company which is an impressive run.\u00a0 7 furlongs was the first time she ran it last time out and was just a bit stretched on the distance finishing 2nd by 2 lengths.\u00a0 May well be the problem here. Owner: super17 Another whose career started on turf with mixed results, the move to dirt gave her an injection of speed straight up with a second place finish in the G3 Little Momma Debutante.\u00a0 Her last race is the pick of her career to date in my opinion in the G3 Backward Gal Stakes over 7 furlongs where she finished a fast 2nd place finish and wanting just a little more distance. Impressive speed of 97.\u00a0 One of the ones with a real chance today. Owner: fitzgerald Her first four outings were on turf which included 2 wins.\u00a0 She is unbeaten on dirt though with 2 wins out of 2 outings at Allowance level and then last time out in the The Mama Slew Memorial over 7 furlongs with a speed of 95.\u00a0 Likes to lead and wait for the challenges another with a real chance.\u00a0 Can run the speeds just needs to hold on today.<\/P> 7 MR. MIYAGI(KY)<\/STRONG>\u00a0 <\/P> Owner: cbrady Last two races were at Grade level those being a G2 and G3 races.\u00a0 Wasn’t ever really in those finishing well back in the field and some distance off the leaders.\u00a0 Is having another go here at this level but I fancy she is out of her depth.\u00a0 Not a chance in my opinion.\u00a0 Better suited to Stakes I believe. Owner: sonofsham\u00a0 Favourite of the race surprisingly so as she has only had the one race on dirt and that was a sixth place finish over 8 furlongs after leading for most of the race.\u00a0 Back in distance here which she will like.\u00a0 Probably need better speed than a 92 last time out but that should still be competitive.\u00a0 Have to see how she runs I think. Owner: pitchfork From the favourite to one of the longshots. Ran well in her last outing with a win at Stakes level. She likes to sit close up the front which is probably a good possie considering the distance is only the 7 furlongs. Will need better speeds though to rate here. Owner: moreready Has a very good record of 5 wins from 8 outings with three of those in her last 4 outings and all at Stakes level.\u00a0 In fact the only race which she hasn’t won recently was on an off track and even then she only failed right at the end finishing second place.\u00a0 Picked up considerably on speed last time out – at 11\/1 odds is a very good chance here. I like her. Owner: knowlton Three wins on the trot, 2 at Allowance and the last at Stakes level in the Torrid Block Special over 7 furlongs. Great form and last speed was good at 94. Was her first run as a 3yo last and she looked good I have to say.\u00a0 Wire to wire win and will certainly be challenging here.\u00a0 Could be the winner. Owner: joanneb Few races on dirt now and it looks like Sunny Sal doesn’t really like the sun.\u00a0 In fact her best run was last time out on an off track over 6 furlongs where she won by a short head with a sensational speed of 94. Can she repeat it on the sunny firm track I’m not sure.\u00a0 I’d keep her on the off tracks if she doesn’t perform here. Owner: leesnyder Longshot of the race and I don’t think she has much chance here.\u00a0 Not because it’s too hard for her but because she looks like she is wanting significantly more distance out to 9 or 10 furlongs I would suggest.\u00a0 Too short for her here – watch for her closing but it will most likely be a late run.
