This race will be at the distance of 10 furlongs across the turf track for 3 year old and older fillies and mares only. If I recall this would be one of the races that is a tribute race to our friend Itch that was a member of the sim that was a great friend, player and contributor to the game. We have a field of twelve horses that will make the start for this race and at first glance it would appear we have a tight field that will be racing to get to the wire first and collect their prize at the winner’s circle. The morning line odds and post positions have been released so let us now take a preview of the twelve horses that will make the start in the G1, Itchstock.

1

AGRIPA

FR

5F

valesa0

N Locke

28

5

57%

$489,427

14.50

7/1

Heading out first we have this 5 year old Bay Mare (SIYOUNI x DUBAWI (IRE) x GALILEO (IRE) ) that has had three stakes’ races in a row that she has finished up in second. In her most recent start in Kentucky, it looked like she might get to the winner’s circle going 9 furlongs in the G3, Red Bird Handicap. She stayed close throughout the race but would be held off at the wire to finish up in second with a 112 speed rating. She has looked good in her three most recent starts and looks to be in the hunt for her first graded win when she heads over to the turf representing the Empire State Racing residency.

2

SEEKING FIERCE

JPN

4F

auctionclass0

M Herren

15

4

67%

$249,268

18.75

12/1

Here we have a 4 year old Bay Filly (FIEREMENT (JPN) x EPIPHANEIA (JPN) x SADLER’S WELLS ) that would move back up in class for her most recent start after a couple of good Allowance starts. She would come out in Italy to travel 10 furlongs in the G1, The Best Of Rome. She was over thirteen back at the third call and would make a charge down the final stretch to get into third at the wire with a 110 speed rating. She showed up with a good performance in her most recent G1 start and the owner is looking her to have another good effort here in West Virginia when she heads out of the paddock representing the Northwest Racing Circuit residency.

3

PINATUBO’S GAL

GB

6F

ddstables21

C Gerhke

25

8

68%

$551,433

32.00

7/1

Next, we will see this 6 year old Bay Mare (PINATUBO x MONSUN x SEA THE STARS ) that two starts back would pick up the win in the G3, The Matchmaker. She would then make her most recent start in Italy going 10 furlongs in the G2, The Lydia Test. Out of the gate she would settle into third and she would hold that spot all the way to the wire with a 110 speed rating. Back in May she would win the G1, Adelaide Oaks by nine lengths. She went off the boards in a couple of starts and then came out in Victoria for her most recent trip to the track going 12.5 furlongs in the G1, The Vicky Oaks. She was back in seventh at the third call, but her jockey had it timed right for her as she found an extra gear in her stretch run and would get to the wire by a head to get the win with a 109 speed rating. She would get the win in the G3, The Humble Handicap and then follow that up with the win in the G2, The Beat Up Ford. She would then make her most recent start in Japan going 10 furlongs in the G2, Queen Liz Commemorative. Back in seventh at the third call she would turn for home and hit the gas as she got to the front and win with a 109 speed rating. It was felt she was ready to move back up in class for her most recent start in Victoria where she would travel 10 furlongs in the G3, The Wake Up Stakes. She would stay close to the pace in this race and down the stretch she would come to get out in front and pick up the win with a 111 speed rating. In her six most recent starts she has only missed the boards one time, and she did pick up the win in the G2, The Randy Vet. In her most recent start, she would head out in Italy going 10 furlongs in the G2, The Lydia Test. Out of the gate she would fight to find her spot in second and that is where she stayed all the way to the wire with a 110 speed rating. This front runner would be on lead in the early going but would be run down in the final stretch to cross the wire in third with a 107 speed rating. She already has two G1 wins this season and in her most recent start came in third. Going off at 21/1 in the morning line, if she fires against these older horses, she could be a moneymaker.
