His best career performance came last time out in the 12f Gr.3 CEO Classic where he stalked the early pace in 2nd and pulled away to win by 1 3/4 lengths over a compact field of 6 earning him a career best 112 speed rating for his first career graded stakes win and third stakes win overall. Consistent colt has hit the board in 10 of 13(77%) in his career and he is the winningest horse in the field with 8 victories. He has tactical speed which should be advantageous in this compact field and he enters this race in career best form off of a top performance. He is 1 of just 2 graded stakes winners in the field and he is a solid Contender.

2. Verbeek

Owner:atw14

5 year old horse by Dubawi has a record of 4 wins, 6 seconds, and 6 thirds in 27 career starts with lifetime earnings of over $350,000. His best career performance came in the 13f Gr.2 The Nikki Show where he sat 14 lengths off the pace in 9th place early and rallied down the lane to finish 2nd beaten 3 lengths earning him a 112 speed rating for race. He is the most experienced runner in the race with 27 starts and he has hit the board in 59% of those races including three graded stakes placings. Veteran marathoner is still seeking his first stakes victory here as a 5 year old and he will be facing a couple legitimate graded stakes runners here although he has been in tougher in his last few. He has a strong chance to close late for a piece but he will need to run a career best to be a serious challenger for the win spot. In the Mix

3. Cruisin In Dubai

Owner:uptothemark

4 year old gelding by Siyouni has a record of 4 wins, 5 seconds and 2 thirds in 13 career starts with lifetime earnings of over $200,000. His best career performance came last time out in the 12f Gr.3 Capitals Major Price where he stalked the early pace and held on to keep his placing finishing 3rd beaten 7 1/2 lengths earning him a 110 speed rating in his stakes debut. Consistent runner has hit the board in 11 of 13( 85%) and he has excelled since stretching out to marathon distances. Lightly raced runner is still seeking his first stakes victory but he faired well enough in his stakes debut and as a 4 year old he still has the right to take a step forward here. He has tactical speed and his jockey should have options depending on how the race takes shape early. Contender

4. Breathealileasier

Owner:secretoath

4 year old colt by Bated Breath has a record of 3 wins and 4 thirds in 14 career starts with lifetime earnings of nearly $100,000. His best career performance came two back in a 11 conditioned allowance 3L where he trailed the field early 12 lengths off the pace and put in strong run late to pull away from the field to win by 2 lengths earning him a career best 107 speed rating. Lightly raced 4 year old has hit the board in 7 of 14(50%) in his career. Distance should not be a problem with the majority of his success coming at marathon distances but he is still seeking his first stakes win and his poorest career effort came last time out in his graded stakes debut. This may be a bit too tough for him but he gets a small field here and he could get up for a piece late. In the Mix

5.Cthulhu Reigns

Owner:borodino

5 year old Grade One winning horse by American Pharoah has a record of 7 wins, 3 seconds, and 1 third in 19 career starts with lifetime earnings of over $3.5 million dollars. His best career performance came in his 5 year old debut in the 11f Gr.1 The Jai Alai Park Turf where he stalked the early leader from 4th and pulled away down the stretch to win by 2 lengths tying a career best 115 speed rating for his 2nd career Grade One win. Veteran marathoner has hit the board in 11 of 19(58%) including 6 of 11(55%) in graded stakes with 3 graded victories. Accomplished horse is currently the #10 ranked Turf Long Distance runner in the world and he is by far the class of the field as a multiple Grade One winner in a field with only one other graded stakes winner. He is the 9/5 favorite on the morning line and my Top Pick

6.Constrainment

Owner:coagulate1

4 year old colt by Contrail has a record of 1 win, 2 seconds, and 1 third in 17 career starts with lifetime earnings of nearly $75,000. His best career performance came at age 3 in an 11f maiden allowance where he sat in last place early, 16 lengths off the pace, and closed to win by 1/4 of a length earning a 100 speed rating for his lone victory. Well bred horse has not lived up to expectations thus far in his career and he is in very deep waters here in this Grade Two event. He would need to take a massive step forward to be any type of factor in this race and I cannot make a case for him here.

Ontario-CAN (ON)Sunday, July 13, 2025 — 4:00:00 PM EST | Race ID : 3503104 The Dancing North Cup Grade II /

[2

post-71251","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-previews
["GET
