The Florida track has an exciting 3yo Filly race this Saturday! Track conditions are Fast Dirt for The Miss Bonnie<\/a> running this afternoon. Some interesting fillies have shown up to race!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – CONFECTIONIST – 8\/1
One of the three favorites in this race is sired by TWIRLING CANDY (out of stakes winner TRADITIONALIST<\/strong><\/a>). Appears to be a closer and had a strong win in an 8.5f allowance, but has not been consistently dominant. Should be a contender but would have preferred longer odds to include in some of my bets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


2 – GOT IT RIGHT – 11\/1
This lightly raced filly out of QUALITY ROAD appears to be a closer and has been on a long break since early November. Beat the boys in a small field for her first win. Wild card, but might be worth throwing into a tri or super wheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


3 – NHILL THAHY – 10\/1 Best Rank : #<\/strong> 67
This filly out of stakes winner GUTHA HYDEN<\/strong><\/a> and sired by AUTHENTIC has two stakes victories under her belt. This will be her 3yo debut after falling off in her graded debut in December. Had a quad <\/a>streak going before the big loss. She has set the pace and stalked in previous races so it will be interesting how she breaks out of the gate in this race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


4 – INFERNAL GHOST – 11\/1
This GHOSTZAPPER filly had a good stakes win last time out at 9.5f. She has stalked and set the pace. Would feel better about this filly if she had more quality races in her past before jumping up to graded company, but she is still a solid pick for this race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5 – SHOWN CLASS – 9\/1
This CURLIN filly has had two good wins at 8f, but has failed at longer races in graded and stakes company by 9+ lengths. However; in the stakes race she set the pace early and was able to hang onto 3rd place after being out classed by TAKE THE CONE OFF. Has her eyes been open to the possibilities after seeing that horse run away from her on the track or is she still looking into the abyss?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


6 – BUNDLE THE NUGGIES – 13\/1
This filly sired by JUSTIFY spent her time racing allowances on the west coast and ended her time there with a nice win at 9f (97sp). First time without her favorite jock on board (F Gossett<\/a>). New fields – new possibilities? Appears to prefer to stalk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


7 – A KISS GUNITE – 8\/1 Best Rank : #<\/strong> 14
One of the two streakers<\/a> coming into this is race sired by GUNITE, but has not raced above 8.5f (100sp at 8f). Alot of tight wins, but they were wins. The only graded winner in the race. Appears to repeatedly stalk and then nudge into the lead at the end. Can she do the same a little further down the track?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


8 – LOST INHERITANCE – 13\/1
The second of the two streakers<\/a> coming into this race is sired by LOOKIN AT LUCKY (out of graded winner LOST MY VOUCHER<\/strong><\/a>). This race is a big step up in quality for this filly, but with a strong win in her last race at 9f (93sp) should make her a solid bet in your trifectas. Has a nice kick and appears to close well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


9 – SIGYN MAGIC – 11\/1
This GOOD MAGIC sired filly is lightly raced out of the UAE. Appears to run deep in the pack with a good kick (a little too far back doesn’t work for her). Might be tough to run after the long plane ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


10 – CODY’S RING LEADER – 9\/1
A CODY’S WISH sired filly was able to finish 2nd in her 3yo debut stakes race against TAKE THE CONE OFF<\/a> (just a bit ahead of SHOWN CLASS – who she meets again in this race). Runs in the pack but comes on strong at the end of the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


11 – POOR DADDY – 11\/1
This lightly raced filly by UNCLE MO fell off in its first attempt in graded company. In two small field races she appeared to be a pace setter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


12 – KELSEY KANE – 8\/1 Best Rank : #<\/strong> 47
A two month break for this filly by HARRY ANGEL (IRE) (out of stakes winner CLARA FARGO<\/strong><\/a>) and a grueling 12 race journey to get here. After starting out its career with weekly racing, this filly won her first stakes race in October. Stumbling a bit in her two graded races this one seems to run in the middle of the pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


13 – A LITTLE CYNICAL – 15\/1
The longshot of this race sired by GUN RUNNER. A decent allowance performer on a two month break. This will be her debut at 3yo. Appears to be a closer, but may be outclassed in this one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


14 – STORM CURLIN GAL – 9\/1 Best Rank : #<\/strong> 18
This filly sired by CURLIN placed in the Walnut Tree Stakes – G1 back in September and has been on a long break since she stumbled in the Breeders Bowl Jv. This will be her first run as a 3yo and this high quality bred filly might be more likely to moon than bust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
