Infinite Wisdom took the Coochollain Challenge in 2:30.4. Infinite has been running with mixed results of late. He used his smarts in this race, only spotting the field 13 lengths, a managable striking distance for him. At the 3\/4 mark, Infinite cut the deficit in half to 6 lengths. Infinite kept his strong attack going and pulled away from the field through the stretch, running of to a near 3 length victory.<\/p>\n
S R Silent Rampage and Mustard Head ran as a pair on the front end, both fading in the stretch, finishing 4th and 5th respectfully.<\/p>\n
Seeking An Empire (my 1st selection) finished second. Empire put in an excellent effort, stalking the early leaders. Empire did see the front end, only briefly, at the 3\/4 pole. <\/p>\n
Ollie’s Gone (my 2nd choice), the 2-1 favorite, finished third. He made a late attack from the rear of the field that started much too late, and came up short.<\/p>\n
Greeley’s Prayer (3rd selection) offered nothing to his supporters, running a flat 6th throughout the entire race.<\/p>\n
Meatball finished 18 lengths back in the 7th spot and was much out classed in this event.<\/p>\n
I believe Shimshimshake may have taken a wrong turn entering the final turn. He was no where to be seen at the conclusion of the race. Please contact track officials if you happen to locate him.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
