Here is a closer look at the field:

Representing the Minnesota Testbarn Residency is this three year old daughter of ARAGORN out of the Sim Mare OUTBACK BLACKALL . She has finished in the money in three of her four career starts and had a nice win last time out when she blazed 97 speed while going 8.5 furlongs in Paris. She comes in well rested, having not raced since the end of May, and should like the distance as she competes out of the three hole.

#5
miss nalgas magallanes barn b orazio 11/1

Representing the Latinos Del Mundo Residency is this three year old daughter of FASTNET ROCK out of the Sim Mare BICHITA GRAMERA . She comes in off a win last time out at this same distance when she ran 101 speed in Deauville France. Back to back 100+ speed races should set her up well to compete against this competitive field of fourteen and she is definitely one to keep an eye on.

#2

Representing Hoosier Racing is this three year old daughter of THE UNITED STATESHHE out of the Sim Mare BARB’S STIFF . She has finished in the money in eight of her ten career starts and has lots of previous Graded Stakes experience. She had a fifth place finish in the G1 “Remy Special” and three G3 starts with the most recent being a runner-up finish at the “Hot Springs” where she ran big 105 speed over 8.5 furlongs. She will probably look to stay in the middle of the pack in the early going and will hope to have enough as they head for home.

#10
portfolio plan mondialiste barn t loesch 13/1

Representing the East-West Connection Residency is this three year old daughter of CAMELOT out of the Sim Mare COMPREHENSIVE PLAN . She comes in off a win last time out at the “River Leslie Turf River Route” where she ran 104 speed over a 9.5 furlongs. Two back she competed in the G1 “Adelaide Oaks” and led for most of the race before fading to fourth place over a 12 furlong track. She will like the distance better here and will probably show early speed and hope to be able to find a spot on the board.

#4

Representing the Blazing Saddles Residency is this three year old daughter of ALMANZOR out of the Sim Mare CUCURAZA . She has had a busy but successful start to 2020 with four wins including two at Stakes and also had a runner-up at the G2 “Italian Oaks” where she topped 100 speed for the only time in her career. All but one of her starts this year have come at 9.5 furlongs or greater but she should be fine at this distance and will likely need to top that 100 number again if she hopes to be posing in the winner’s circle.

#14
way of kings sweetfilly barn a rolling 11/1

Representing the Midas Residency is this scratch bred daughter of KING KAMEHAMEHA ( x DANEHILL DANCER x SADLER’S WELLS). She comes in HOT with five wins in five career starts including a G2 win last time out at the “Mallrat”. She went wire to wire in that one and only needed 94 speed as she was never challenged. Things will be more crowded here than she is used to but she should have enough speed to get free and she should be in contention as they near the wire. It might be a tough task to keep the winning streak going against this very competitive field.

#1
queen siyouni jbcri9 barn j selden 9/1

Representing the Elite Racing Club is this three year old daughter of SIYOUNI out of the Sim Mare ELITE KAMEHAMEHA . She has finished in the money in nine of her eleven career starts with the only blemishes being fourth place finishes in her debut and at the G3 “Irish 1000 Guineas Trial” where she led for most of the race. Back to back Stakes wins in her past two have been good preparation for this big race and if she can repeat the 107 speed she ran last time out she should be able to find a spot on the board. I know my Res mate jbcri has her well prepared for this one.

#12
niffler sremel9 barn d givins 10/1

Representing Empire State Racing is this scratch bred daughter of GALILEO ( x KINGMAMBO x DYNAFORMER). She comes in off three straight wire to wire wins including one at the G2 “Full Moon Handicap” where she ran 103 speed at this same distance. She has had a busy 2020 campaign as she is making her seventh start here but her last start was against a small field of five horses and it was just an easy jog around this same 9 furlong track. She should be in the mix as she competes out of the twelve hole.

#7
white gold tower simsters1 barn l radzinski 8/1

Representing the GR Simsters Residency is this three year old daughter of TEOFILO out of the Sim Mare THE DARK MARK . She has finished in the money in six of her seven career starts and has amassed more than half a million in earnings. Her last three starts have all come at Graded Stakes and have resulted in a win at the G3 “Chloe” a runner-up finish at the G1 “Sydney Oaks” and a third at the G1 “Japanese Oaks”. She should be at or near the lead as they make the turn and may be tough to beat.

#13
skaoi dkyoung3 barn t brewer 9/1

Representing the Universal Racing Club is this scratch bred daughter of REDOUTE’S CHOICE ( x BERNARDINI x SADLER’S WELLS). She comes in off back to back G1 starts where she won the “French Diana” and finished second most recently at the “United Oaks” where she ran impressive 106 speed. If history repeats she should come flying out of the gate and go to the lead and hope to fend off any late charges from the competition. A win today will put her over 1 million dollars in career earnings.

#8
hand oasis mindbolt barn b wu 9/1

Representing the Only Stayers Residency is this three year old daughter of OASIS DREAM out of the Sim Mare BOGUN . She has finished in the money in seven of her ten career starts including four wins. Previous Graded Stakes races have resulted in fourth and fifth place finishes at G3 and a win, runner-up and tenth at G2. The win came two back at the “Sandy Ring” where she ran 105 speed to win by a neck. She has had just one start at this distance and that was the fifth place finish and she may be best suited for a mile or less.

#11
a giant impact asrstar9 barn t ace 9/1

Representing All-Stars Racing is this three year old daughter of DEEP IMPACT out of the Sim Mare KING OF MONSTERS . She comes in off a win at a four horse HOT race where she ran 89 speed at this track over 7.5 furlongs. Prior to that she had a win at the G1 “Wooly Mammoth 2000” where she ran 108 speed over 10 furlongs to win by two lengths. She typically prefers to run off the pace and has showed impressive runs down the stretch. She should be one to watch and should be in the mix as they head for home.

#6
succubus winds piratemaster barn c winter 9/1

Representing the Northwest Racing Circuit is this scratch bred daughter of DARK ANGEL ( x NUREYEV x DYNAFORMER) She has finished in the money in all but one of her nine career starts. Last time out she finished third in her first G1 start the “Sprint for Independence” where she ran 103 speed over 7.5 furlongs. Her only previous start at this distance resulted in a tenth at the G3 “Longest Walk” and all of her other starts have at or around a mile. If she can handle the extra distance, she might be a nice surprise pick out of the six hole.

#9
k’s dyna queen bacchus barn v gardner 10/1

Representing Hispano Parlante is this three year old daughter of KING KAMEHAMEHA out of the Sim Mare K’S GENIUS IMPACT. She comes in off back to back 9.5 furlong wins at this same track where she posted speeds of 102 and 109. She makes her first Stakes start of any kind here today but if she can repeat that big speed number she should compete and may even find a spot on the board. Hopefully she does not respond negatively to coming back on less than five weeks rest.
