(341)(341)—rally came up way short at DPCD but this Forty Niner colt had a great year.

3) (5)—SMOULDERING STREET (260)(200)—2nd place finish in DPCD sprint good enough to make top 3 in division honors for 2007.

4) (4)—CASTERLY ROCK(IRE) (220)(220)—hopefully his last 2 starts don’t mean the end of this great champions career.

5) (3)—POLISH REALITY (208) (224)—still regrouping after what appears to have been major problems in his last 2 starts.

6) (6)—ACT OF BRAVE (198) (198)—rally came up short in N Florida but his early season wins and seconds keep him on the final chart of the year.

7) (8)—DEATH ALLEY DRIVER (196)(192)—posts a big speed number and has a big race in DelPenn restricted sprint to move up a notch in last chart of the year.

8) (7)—K’S STATE OF MIND (192) (192)—Kenny Joe stakes 2nd place finish show this 5 year old is not quite done yet.

9) (10)—DELIGENCE (172)(180)—all 32 stables of this horse’s trainer have been inactive since week 3266 so ????

10) (NA)—SKANONYMOUS—(168) (NA)—3 time Grade II winner this year slips into the final spot on the chart in the final chart of the year.

OLDER MALES—DIRT CLASSIC ROUTE

1) (1)—ERMINGTON PEGASUS (800)(928)—was monster champion for the 1st half of the season but many will argue that #2 has an arguement to be #1 on recent results.

2) (2)—SOLAR SONG (488) (352)—4 in a row and counting for Grade I Topicount winner who answered the call from the top one here with a resounding win.

3) (3)—GRACEPOINTE PRAYER (332)(332)—just could not keep up when the running started in DPCD race.

4) (4)—FORMULATED RISK(GB) (304)(320)—won his prep but was 14 days enough rest before coming back in Grade I Topicount Special.

5) (5)—FLY FOR BUDA (288)(292)—cutting back to 8 furlongs was not the answer, not sure what he will try next.

(6) (NA)—TEMPEST (284) (NA)—World Cup mile winner runs huge last time out posting 121 speed rating while winning The Deleware Mile.

7) (7)—PRIVELEGED (272)(272)—has not cashed a cheque in his last 3 starts and has finished way back in 2 of last 3.

8) (8)—AWEGUSTUS (270) (270)—prepped ok for last start but 14 days later did not really show anything but then the competition in that race was as good as it gets.

9) (6)—OTTO CAUSES(IRE) (230)(292)—ran a long route last time out but drops back as some of his earlier feats drop of consideration for ranking points.

10) (9)—INTERGALACTIC (224) (228)—seems to be taking a break now and waiting for the 2008 season.

OLDER MALES—DIRT LONG ROUTE

1) (1)—CREDIT GIVEN (408)(376)—rallied for 2nd in DPCD 2 mile route and that is good enough to be on top at the close of 2007 in this division.

2) (6)—KANAKA (264)(136)—makes it 4 wins in a row in DPCD long route and his eyes are all set on #1 as the 2008 season looms ahead.

3) (2)—SINANJU (236)(236)—missed the board for the first time on dirt since March but 4th place finish still added to this routers bankroll.

4) (3)—MIRACLE TO ME (216)(212)—is another who prepped ok but could not come up big in season ending Grade I race.

5) (5)—ENTER THE BEAST(GB) (141)(141)—eventually 4th and 5th place cheques are not going to cut it to stay on the top 10 list.

6) (7)—SAD JAVA MAN(IRE) (126) (127)—yikes—lost 20 lengths in the stretch last time out but still manages to cash a minor purse cheque in the race.

7)(8)—ALINA DANCER (121) (122)—ran unsuccessfully in restricted DelPenn stake at 10 furllongs and 1 more start at that distance will disqualify him from this divisions chart.

8) (9)—TUNAMAN (116)(116)—it’s been a long time since his long walk victory but i guess there is not alot of depth in this division.

9) (10)—NO NAG HERE(IRE) (112)(114)—wins an overnite in PA last time out in 82nd lifetime start and is just $29K away from $500K in lifetime earnings.

10) (NA)—SERAPHIC (94) (NA)—6 time winner this year faded in Grade III start last time out after showing some brief early speed.

OLDER MALES—TURF SPRINT

1) (1)—MR DEVIOUS (488) (361)—Japan Sprint caps off remarkable season for this guy and may have some considering him for HOY.

2) (8)—SEEKIN DESTROY (364)(236)—back to back wins in PA including Grade I Penn Dash vault this guy up to 2nd in the chart this week.

3) (3)—CRONUS(IRE) (344)(284)—2nd in PA Dash points to his CA race just being a bad day at the office.

4) (2)—DIGGING THE GRAVE (294)(356)—speed duel hurt in restricted DelPenn stake last time out but he managed to hold on for 2nd which was an improvement over previous 2 starts.

5) (7)—TEQUILA WITH LIME (240)(240)—his rally came up short in restricted DPCD last time out to finish the season.

6) (6)—A SAINTS DAY (232) (240)—3rd place finish in Grade III Movieland capped off a nice season for this 4 year old colt.

7) (9)—BORRACHO(IRE) (224)(224)—hopefully trainer will work out this colt’s recent troubles if he decides to run him again next year as a 5 year old.

8) (10)—TREE GUEST HOUSE (208) (209)—just has not been the same runner since running in BB turf sprint.

9) (NA)—MR C SONG (205)(NA)—Penn Dash last time out was 1st race on the turf where this colt did not pick up a cheque.

10) (NA)—OTTO VASHER (192)(NA)—just could not carry his momentum of 2 race winning streak into Grade I Penn Dash last time out.

OLDER HORSES—TURF CLASSIC ROUTE

1) (1)—RAPID GREY (688)(816)—did not have his A game in Penn Handicap but hung on to the division lead by hair to close the season out.

2) (2)—SIP OF SAKI (640)(672)—probably would have needed a win in the Penn Mile to overtake the leader at the close of the season.

3) (3)—SEEKING SAL (512)(640)—performance in MN overnite suggests there may be something wrong with this boy guy right now.

4) (5)—CREEPSHOW(IRE) (436)(436)—his rally came up short at Penn Handicap to end his impressive 3 race win streak.

5) (6)—PUPPET REGIME (432)(428)—returned to the winners circle in NSW overnite last time out and that makes it 5 wins in last 6 starts.

6) (4)—OTTO OH NO (384)(512)—2 long routes in a row have not really showed much but one more and he gets disqualified from this chart.

7) (7)—WOODYNA (336) (300)—puts up a huge 120 speed rating in winning The Minnesota Mile last time out.

8) (10)—BLACK COIN (312) (249)—rallied for 2nd in Penn Handicap to move up a couple of spots on the final chart of 2007.

9) (NA)—KEPLER BERZERK (273) (NA)—Could not duplicate Jacobsson win in Sweden last time out in Penn Handicap.

10) (8)—HAIL CESARIO (260)(292)—his return last week sure did not give any the impression that his troubles from Epsom have been solved just yet.

OLDER HORSES—TURF LONG ROUTE

1) (1)—LEX LUTHOR (600)(596)—perfect prep for Grade I start last week but he ran out of gas in the stretch drive to end up 4th.

2) (2)—HORSESHOE BAY (520)(552)—just has not had his usual kick since BB race.

3) (4)—TOTAL CHAOS (512)(384)—made it 16 times in a row to finish in the top 3 on the turf since the switch from the dirt in April of 2006.

4) (3)—BAND OF BUDAS (508)(520)—finished out the year with a 3rd place finish in Victoria overnite stake.

5) (5)—OTTOMAN TURKS (469)(406)—hopefully he was not hurt to bad in Penn disaster last time out.

6) (7)—ANOTHER TENPIN TAP (414) (351)—closed out a very nice season with 2nd place finish in Grade I Allied Assault Handicap.

7) (6)—JUMPIN’ JAVA (352)(352)—dropped down to 8 furlongs last time out and the result pretty well assures a return to this division next time out.

8) (10)—DIRECTOR (296)(296)—well the good thing was he was back to showing his speed in Japan, the bad thing was he could not take it all the way to the wire and ended up in 5th place.

9) (9)—MINE D’INVERNE (288) (300)—hopefully Deleware result last time out was on account of the off turf conditions.

10) (NA)—FREEZE(NZ) (266) (NA)—early season successes put this one on the last spot on the chart to close out the 2007 season.

NEXT WEEK THE OLDER FILLY AND MARES DIVISION WILL BE FEATURED

GOOD LUCK AND GOOD RACING
