If you don\u2019t know about this great series, it started last year with Sunnybank hating to see the end of MEAT LOAF LOOP\u2019s<\/b> career come about too quickly so he set up a ten race series where \u201cMEATY\u201d would host the races with his conditions and any fellow old codgers could join in the fun and gather points during the series for scoring first through third in the races. The twist to this series is that if you win, you have to wait for the Host to win too or you won\u2019t qualify for subsequent races until he does. It proved to be great fun last year and went down to the wire with the final race deciding the winner of the series. This year our host will be trainer LilBitFarms and his grand old horse, T. LOCK <\/b> who has had a nice long career and is ready for one last hurrah. <\/p>\n

Thanks for joining us at the Pastures of Green here in Vermont, for a wonderful and truly fun series. This week we are running an eight year old NW of TWO within the past YEAR. Our host horse won last time out and really set things up for an exciting final two races. There are no less than five horses with a chance to win the overall championship in this race. But even more than that, we have an unbelievably slow team that if fighting for the back end of the race. Believe it or not there are FOUR, count \u2018em four horses at 99\/1 in this race. How many times have you seen that? There could be nearly a mile between the first and last finishers. As usual in this series it should be a blast so let\u2019s take a look:.<\/p>\n

You would certainly think that sub 30 SPFs would get the job done but these are champion sloth like horses in this series! Trainer Ravin has been rumored to be adding buckshot to his feed to try and weigh him down a bit!<\/p>\n

We will see what trainer Cabin is able to come up with to slow this old vet down for a couple more races. <\/p>\n

It will be interesting to see if that anger can translate into another six pack run for this old frat boy!<\/p>\n

We may never know but she\u2019s back and trainer EML1 knows how to keep her near the front and gather points.<\/p>\n

He will need some of that casino luck here to win the race, especially parked outside this far. That extra few yards can really affect these old folks!<\/p>\n

      In this series it is almost as important to pick the last place as the first. I am choosing DOOR SALLY <\/b> to finish last again. How could you possibly pick against this Single Digit Queen?! Next I have to go with LYNCHBURG LEMONADE <\/b> to keep this Sun Dial thing interesting. Bell Cognac<\/b> looks to be back on her losing ways and should finish in the caboose trio. I\u2019m afraid that last race may have taken too much out of T. LOCK <\/b> to get back into the top three. I\u2019m going to take to get back on course for the top three and for second I\u2019ve got BEER RUN<\/b> to make a run of his own. I think that newcomer CLEM FURNITURE <\/b> is way too young feeling for this field and should win easily.<\/p>\n
