From a small group of starters out of mares by the\u00a0<b>Forty Niner<\/b>\u00a0son\u00a0<b>Distorted Humor<\/b>\u00a0(dam by Danzig), Macho Uno has sired a pair of stakes horses including SW Hy Riverside. Macho Uno has sired the additional graded stakes winners Wicked Style (G1W) and Potesta (G2W) out of mares showing Danzig. Mucho Macho Man&#8217;s G2SP Belle Laura is out of a mare showing the Danzig son\u00a0<b>Dayjur<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Mucho Macho Man\u2019s dam has produced two good ones by Tapit &#8211; SW Southern Girl and $2 million yearling\/GSP Marconi &#8211; making his daughters and granddaughters intriguing.\u00a0<b>Seattle Slew<\/b>-influenced mares are promising overall as SP Mucho Unusual\u2019s 2nd dam is by the Slew son\u00a0<b>General Meeting<\/b>. Macho Uno has also had good success with mares showing Seattle Slew (12 stakes horses).<\/p>\n<p>Mares from showing the\u00a0<b>Fappiano<\/b>\u00a0influence hold high promise for Mucho Macho Man. Fappiano\u2019s damsire,\u00a0<b>Dr. Fager<\/b>, is a half-brother to\u00a0<b>Ta Wee<\/b>, dam of Mucho Macho Man\u2019s great grandsire Great Above. Reinforcing their dam,\u00a0<b>Aspidistra<\/b>, in the pedigree has been successful over the past few decades in American pedigrees and for Macho Uno in particular. We see this pattern in Macho Uno&#8217;s Classic winner Harlem Rocker, G2W Mucho Mas Macho and SW\/Sovereign Award finalist Decision Day (dam by\u00a0<b>Unbridled&#8217;s Song<\/b>), etc.<\/p>\n<p>The Macho Uno\/<b>Wild Again<\/b>\u00a0cross has yielded G1W Macho Again and G3W Silsita and one of Mucho Macho Man\u2019s early six-figure yearlings is out of a mare by the Wild Again son\u00a0<b>Vicar.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Given that Macho Uno is a half-brother to Awesome Again (by Deputy Minister) it would be prudent to consider\u00a0<b>Vice Regent<\/b>\/<b>Deputy Minister<\/b>-line mares.
