Mile and a Half (12 F) on the Turf for 3 year olds and up.<\/span><\/p>\n

A very strong and accomplished group of horses will take to the gate in this year edition of the Breeders Bowl Turf event here in Kentucky.\u00a0 All 14 of this year\u2019s runners have won at the graded level including 10 that have hit the wire first at our highest level G1.\u00a0 The field has combined for 33 Graded Stakes wins with 15 at G1, 12 at G2 and 6 at G3.\u00a0 A pair of horses competed in EQUINICS 2018 and 2 runners appeared in last years Breeders Bowl; one in the BB Turf Juvenile and the other in the BB F&M Turf.\u00a0 11 of these horses have eclipsed the Million dollar earnings mark.\u00a0 The field has 1 Filly and 5 Geldings and is comprised of 2 3yo\u2019s, 7 4yo\u2019s, and 5 5 yo\u2019s.\u00a0 FRANKEL has sired 2 of this year\u2019s runners.\u00a0 Mare breds out number scratch breds 8 to 6 in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 yo Irish Bred is the only filly in the field and is a scratch bred daughter of SEA THE STARS.\u00a0 Has not failed to hit the board since her 5th<\/sup> place finish at the 2018 EQUINICS, including 2 wins in the G2- Nikki Show and the G1- Europe Classic last time out.\u00a0 2 of those ITM finishes came on yielding turfs where she has posted her career best SP of 118.\u00a0 The stars may just be aligning for this lady that is the winningest horse in the field.<\/span><\/p>\n

Von Baden.\u00a0 Will the off turf turn his BB dream into a nightmare?<\/span><\/p>\n
