This year 20% of his 2 year old starters have found the winners circle. This\u00a0filly debuted on the dirt with poor results but then won twice in a row on yielding turf in her next 2 starts. She tried her first stakes start last time out where she ended up in a speed duel early before tiring in the stretch ending up in 3rd place. Her lifetime best speed rating is 65 and she should be out early cutting the fractions in this race today. The rider for today’s race will be Friar (18.5%) who is tied for the lead in wins at the Minnesota Downs meet and is only fractions behind in winning percentage in the jockey standings.<\/P> 2)ABSOLUTE HD(ENG)—3\/1—<\/STRONG>jockfan02 sends this filly out of HAAFHD(GB) with a record of 6-1-0-3 and lifetime earnings of $26,466. She is out of the mare ABSOLUTE ZERO(AUS) who was 2\/34 at the track and this is the only foal on record so far. She races for Teakwood forms based over at New York Racing. In the 3 years he has been standing this filly’s sire has a 50.8% winners rate with a 4.8% stakes winners rate. This year 40% of his 2 year old starters have found the winners circle. While this filly’s only win was in her lifetime debut MSW race she has finshed in the top 4 in her last 4 starts, all stakes races. She posted her lifetime best 71 speed rating last time out while finishing 3rd in The Nana’s Girl Memorial Stakes. She usually races to the front early and cuts or presses the early fractions but has not been able to sustain her run for the entire race and ends up tiring in the stretch drive. In 5 year at stud this filly’s sire has posted a 46.7% winners rate with a 2.2% stakes winners rate. This year 40% of his 2 year old starters have found the winners circle. This race will\u00a0mark the turf debut for this filly.\u00a0This filly wired a field in her 3rd lifetime start to\u00a0break her maiden but has found the going tough in her last 2 where she has a pair of 7th place finishes in an overnite stakes and a NW2L allowance race which has led her connections to try the surface change.\u00a0She did post her lifetime best speed rating of 72 last time out. She did show early speed in her lone win to date but we will have to wait and see how she runs on the lawn.
