The Dell Computer Futurity<\/B> holds lots of memories and high hopes for owners and trainers.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

It all started way back in 1999 when MORE BUILD<\/B> raced from the front leading all the way, to win by 2 lengths.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

In 2006 the race was won by LITERARY GOD(KY)<\/B> (who looked to have the world at his hooves), all but 1 of the 14 runners in the race have gained a stakes win.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

In 2001 THUNDER MONTE<\/B> stormed to victory with an awesome SP of 106. Could that record be broken in 2007?\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Its a massive shame he has not run again since 08\/24\/2002, left in a field chewing grass, looking over at the racecourse, thinking what if……\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Another runner GALLO BLUE CHIP<\/B>, who finished 2nd is still racing today, best recent performance a nice 4th in Allowance company in March of this year.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

As you look through the race histories of the Dell Computer Futurity<\/B>, Group Winners, Group Placers and Stakes winners are in abundance. In 2005 winner WONDERBOY EAMON(IRE)<\/B> $1.6million earnings. 2004 winner CHARCOAL CAPTAIN<\/B> who had $1.4million earner BERZERK GOLD<\/B> back in 4th. In 2003 overnight rain left the track a little slower than fast, PRINCE LUCKY<\/B> took the spoils, leaving $2.5million earners GRANHEE<\/B> 3rd and PULLING STRINGS<\/B> 5th. The 2002 winner was CRAZY HORSE<\/B> TOO<\/B> and in the new millennium year 2000, YEAR OF THE SAL<\/B> cruised to victory. Could there be 1 or 2 future stars here?<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
