Foxon’s Liberty Rain(IRE)<\/STRONG> was twice a stakes winner over a mile last season.\u00a0\u00a0 The Statue of Liberty daughter won over both surfaces.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0She finished out of the money in the Boca Stakes(G2), her final freshman start.\u00a0\u00a0 A downtown closer, Liberty Rain(IRE) made up a ton of ground in her 3yo debut last month.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The filly broke 2nd to last and rallied to finish 5th in the Myocardial Infarction(G3)<\/EM> over 8.5f.\u00a0\u00a0 She broke through the 90 SP# barrier in that effort too.\u00a0 Still learning ropes, and it remains to be seen\u00a0whther or not she’s sharper\u00a0around one-turn.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Saturday will be a\u00a0ceratain litmus test.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Dixie Union daughter Super Alliance(KY)<\/STRONG> finished 7th in the\u00a0Myocardial Infarction(G3)<\/EM> over 8.5f.\u00a0\u00a0 The 2tohold trainee also scored a 90+ SP# for the very first time in that race.\u00a0\u00a0 The filly has yet\u00a0to garner black type, though she did run in 5th in last year’s Golden Rod(G2<\/EM>).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Talented lassie also prefers to make her run from the back of the pack.\u00a0\u00a0 We’ll see if she can put things together in her 3rd start of her sophomore season.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Ernieman’s Romance Is Daine(KY) <\/STRONG>(9\/2) boasts royal lineage.\u00a0\u00a0 The Storm Cat daughter has bagged\u00a03 of her 4 lifetime starts, including two straights stakes scores.\u00a0\u00a0 All of those efforts though\u00a0came around\u00a0one-turn.\u00a0\u00a0 Romance Is Diane makes her route debut Saturday and she’s one to watch.\u00a0\u00a0 The filly rallied and won around 7.5 panels well enough LTO, so maybe a mile is in order.\u00a0\u00a0 We’ll see if she can handle the 9f experiment.\u00a0 Top jockey SL Ledwith an added plus.\u00a0\u00a0 One to watch.\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Another lightly raced entry breaks from\u00a0post 3.\u00a0\u00a0 Aframe27’s late foal\u00a0Busch League(KY)<\/STRONG> (7\/2) went 2-for-2 as a freshman, winning her MSW and ALWs easy-peasy.\u00a0\u00a0 The speedster by\u00a0Touch Gold got into a duel however in\u00a0her 3yo debut last month.\u00a0\u00a0 Busch League tired a tad finishing 5th over the mile.\u00a0\u00a0 Granted, that race came against the boys.\u00a0 Very talented lassie.\u00a0\u00a0 Litmus test.\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Sim veteran Toplight brings Love Never Die(IRE)<\/STRONG> at 7\/1.\u00a0\u00a0 The Sinndar(IRE) damsel makes her\u00a0black type debut after winning over this distance in February.\u00a0\u00a0 The filly went 1-for-3 over the lawn with modest speed figures.\u00a0\u00a0 Her 90 SP# victory\u00a0LTO places her amongst the favorites’ best speed figures.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Interesting longshot bred for 12f.\u00a0\u00a0 Prefers to stalk the leaders.\u00a0\u00a0 Possible but must pass class test.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Silver\u00a0Ghost daughter Silver Sleeper<\/STRONG> (9\/1) presents the most experience in the field with 9 starts in the bank.\u00a0\u00a0The filly won a few races for keytomint stable last season over both surfaces.\u00a0\u00a0 She’s 2-for-2 lifetime in routes, but both of those victories\u00a0came over the alwn.\u00a0\u00a0 Silver Sleeper wasn’t half-bad around one-turn on the dirt last season.\u00a0\u00a0 Could be interesting to see how she does here since she’s a proven router.\u00a0 Kind of a mystery though.\u00a0\u00a0 Flip a coin.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Mav1762 sends out Teferi’s Realm(KY)<\/STRONG> (10\/1).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 She’s a royal bred by War Chant.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The filly won three straight (didn’t beat much though) last year after\u00a0switching from the turf.\u00a0\u00a0The stalker made her black type debut LTO over 9.5f.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0‘Realm found herself on the lead\u00a0though and\u00a0wound up 3rd in slow time.\u00a0\u00a0 Perhaps she’ll have a better go here with fabulous H Harzheim in the irons, but must prove she has the stamina.\u00a0\u00a0 Pedigree indicates flat mile, but is ambiguous.\u00a0 Additionally, I’m not entirely convinced that she’s a dud over the turf.\u00a0\u00a0 She had a decent second outing over the lawn.\u00a0\u00a0 Must be patient.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/FONT><\/DIV>

Finally, Queensguard (KY)<\/STRONG> (15\/1) by Johar breaks from the far outside.\u00a0\u00a0She’s won 2 of her last 3 allowances for upperhand2 stable.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Slow times though, but 9f was one of them.\u00a0\u00a0 Worth a shot.\u00a0\u00a0 Stalker probably will have a difficult time versus this classier group.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/FONT><\/DIV>

Not much on paper with 3yos at this of year.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Love Never Die might be the best spoiler.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Busch League, Tefferi’s Realm, Silver Sleeper\u00a0mix it up on the pace.\u00a0\u00a0 I’ll go with chalks Liberty Rain and Super Alliance who have proven class. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/DIV>
