The daughter of Aldebaran out of a Dixieland Band mare climbed to the top of the 3 yr old turf filly sprinter rankings\u00a0with a solid \u00a02 1\/2 length win in the Grade I <STRONG>White Lily. <\/STRONG>One especially impressive feat about the win was that each call brought the &#8216;Shooter a wider lead.<\/P><P>Morning Line favorite <STRONG><EM>Mambo Birdie <\/EM><\/STRONG>closed with a rush to finish 2nd, while double-digit sleepers <EM><STRONG>Cocoa(IRE) <\/STRONG><\/EM>and<STRONG><EM> Sunday Brake(JPN), <\/EM><\/STRONG>who had followed the &#8216;Shooter most of the race, finished third and fifth respectively. Another longshot, <STRONG><EM>Glen Riddle Farm <\/EM><\/STRONG>(at 13\/1) came flying from the back to finish a half-length back of Mambo Birdie and Cocoa for the fourth slot.<\/P><P>It was a day that turned into one where\u00a0the speed held true on the front end.
