The two races

before that where against Grade I company. In the United Oaks Stakes she

stalked the leaders, made a bid at the top of the stretch and tired at the

wire, finishing eighth. In the Saint Larry Stakes, she laid second until the

top of the stretch where she took the lead and got passed at the wire

finishing a good fourth.

3- BLAME ZENYATTA

BLAME x ENCOSTA DE LAGO (AUS) x KINGMAMBO

Bred and owned by mtkdynasty. Her most recent start was in the Grade II

Jersey Shore Stakes where she came from eighth to finish second with a hefty

speed figure of 114. Her last outing was in a listed

stakes race where she closed to finish second, beaten by three lengths and

earning a speed figure of 103. She is the longest shot on the board.

7- LITTLE DRAGON

SHAMARDAL x DEEP IMPACT (JPN) x SIR IVOR

Bred in Ireland and owned by kartoffein. She earned speed figures of

103, 104, 103. Her only attempt at stakes company was in a listed stakes

back in June where she was a well beaten seventh in an eight horse field.

Her last three were convincing enough to merit an appearance in this race,

but her numbers need to come up a bit if she wants her share.

8- MEZTLI AWI

DUBAWI (IRE) x REDOUTE’S CHOICE x GALILEO

Bred and owned by dannejaka4. Her most recent outing was a fine performance in a

listed stakes where she laid fourth most of the way and drew off to win

nearing the wire. She earned a career best speed figure of 111. Though her

latest number puts her in the mix for this race her experiences in Grade I

might detour an ambitious player.

9- WALKERGATE

DANSILI (GB) x DUBAWI (IRE) x PIVOTAL

Bred and owned by atthewire. Her speed figure was 101. She has tried Grade I

company three times before. In two of those races she failed to menace but

in the other, she finished a fine fourth.

10- BECAUSE I AM

GIANT’S CAUSEWAY x DYNAFORMER x SEATTLE SLEW

Bred and owned by kentucky. The race before that was an Alw. race

where she went wire to wire, earning a 109. She seems to be one of the early

frontrunners in a race filled with solid closers. She’s got her work cut out

for her.

11- FREEDOM KITTEN

DUBAWI (IRE) x KITTEN’S JOY x DYNAFORMER

Bred in England and owned by lopic. The race before that she

won a listed stakes, earning a 109. Three races back, she ran in the Grade I

United Oaks where she stalked the pacesetters but then faded in the stretch

to finish ninth of fourteen. Look for some early action from this one, as

her last was convincing enough.

12- BRISTOL FRENHINES

NEW APPROACH (IRE) x KINGMAMBO x DANZIG

Bred by Bristolred and owned by londonred. For that effort, she earned a

107. Her previous races where against Alw. company where she was the easy

victor. Her numbers have jumped with each start. It will be interesting to

see where she finishes in this complex field.

13- OVER DEVELOPED

ORFEVRE (JPN) x KINGMAMBO x SADLER’S WELLS

Bred and owned by mrxrayz2. This one has ten career starts with five wins.

Her most recent race came in the Grade II Molson Export Stakes where she

finished fifth, earning a 104. The race before that was in the Grade I Dell

Web Oaks where she practically trailed the field the whole way and made huge

move in the stretch going from tenth to first in the blink of an eye, while

earning a speed figure of 112. If she runs that race back, she’ll be one to

be reckoned with.

QE2 Challenge – This is a Grade I / Group I event for 3yo fillies going a distance of one

[2

post-32784","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-previews
["GET
