France<\/SPAN><\/B><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> – Joanie’s Red Pony Memorial for 2 YO fillies is the featured event on Saturday here in <\/SPAN>France<\/SPAN><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The $80,000 purse only drew four entries and they will travel six furlongs over the beautiful turf course.\u00a0 <\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

I went out early to catch the morning workouts and it wasn’t long before Carson’s Touch<\/B> (3\/5) came by in her bright pink polos.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is a nice looking bay filly and was very well behaved as she galloped a slow mile.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is trained by Holychow<\/I> and her best recent finish was a second in The Storm The West Stake.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has some gas but seems unable to carry it past 5 furlongs.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

The light grey filly Tatletale<\/B> (9\/2) chugged by with a short choppy stride that reminded one of a washing machine.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The daughter of Eavesdropper has only one win in four tries and that was in a restricted allowance but every race gives her expierence.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She had an excuse in her last race when she was fractious at the gate and ran poorly but trainer Zman<\/I> told me he had that problem fixed and thinks she will do better from now on.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Green Reaper<\/SPAN><\/B> (4\/1) is a daughter of Desert Style and is owned and trained by Bbudgies.<\/I>\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The bright bay long strided fill galloped by on a long rein and was clearly enjoying herself.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has been in the money in two of three starts and has a maiden win.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has some speed and has improving speed figures which should get her a good piece of the action.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Decision<\/SPAN><\/B> (5\/2) galloped by with the pony and was bucking and playing the whole way.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The good feeling chestnut filly is by Redoute’s Choice and is trained by Ashleigh.<\/I>\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has only one win but is 2\/3 in the money.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has a win at the distance which should help.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
