Multiple stakes winner Stop the Groom T<\/B> cruised to a decisive win Saturday in the Zinc Deputy(GB) Stakes<\/U>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The four year old daughter of Runaway Groom completed the 16 furlong distance in 3:31 2\/5, earning a 92 SP for trainer priceless<\/I>, she turned away all challenges to win by a final margin of 14 \u00bd lengths.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The hard-charging light gray mare extended her bankroll to $418,135 and pushed her record to 10 wins in 32 starts.<\/P>

Stop the Groom T<\/B> and Poker Storm<\/B> broke cleanly and sprinted away from K\u2019s Kachet<\/B> and Noble Jenelle(IRE)<\/B>, who appeared content to let those two set the early speed.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The front two ran stride for stride and opened up six lengths on the field in the first four furlongs.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The jockey then let the reins out a notch on Stop the Groom T<\/B> and began to inch past a game Poker Storm<\/B>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>After eight panels Stop the Groom T<\/B> was allowed her head and opened up daylight on Poker Storm<\/B>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>K\u2019s Kachet<\/B> made a minor rally on the backstretch and maintained to pass the tiring Poker Storm<\/STRONG>, but there was no catching the\u00a0early speed as the leader continued to gallop off.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Stop the Groom T <\/B>won eased by daylight, with K\u2019s Kachet<\/B> finishing second, and Poker Storm<\/B> fading to third.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Noble Jenelle(IRE)<\/B> failed to fire and trailed the field.<\/P>
