It was an enjoyable race all around.
Staying on the grass once again this week the ladies will take on the $55,000 Senorita Eminent Memorial. It will be seven and a half furlongs long for ladies four years or older. Eight have entered and it is time now to meet them.
Dash Around entered by derbyking9. After a slow start to the year, this mare has reeled off four places and a win. This has earned her a co-favorite spot by the odds makers. The closer has been running strongly lately and showed that she just needed to loosen up the old muscles. She has top jockey Jesse Sands in the irons.
Bux Noelle G entered by buxpasser. This filly comes in having the honor of not placing yet in her career, its either win or show for her. The stalker has been running consistent lately but not enjoying the expected results she would like. The expected off track for the weekend should have no adverse effect on her.
Canta En Espanol entered by oasis3. It was like night and day when they moved this light gray filly to the turf. She has steadily improved this year and is primed to take her first stakes win. She likes to set the pace so look for her at the head of the pack when the gates fly open.
Queen Dominique(SAF) entered by dragon1. This chestnut filly will be the first South African bred horse to enter a stakes race in Wyoming. She is the kind of horse that needs a good start in the race or she struggles and with a field of eight a poor start her could spell her doom. She has shown flashes of greatness but the start is what defines so far.
Belle Of The Ball entered by snake12. This chestnut mare comes in as one of the co-favorites. So far this year the closer has been inconsistent. She runs a great race only to come back the next outing and giving a sub par run. Her last outing was a poor run so she may be coming in on fire. With the veteran Vince Gannon in the irons should be a great help.
Menage A Trois entered by seinfeld3. Despite the name, this filly does not have a split personality. She does have and aversion to running in stakes races. Only one time she has run fairly well and got a win out of it. She likes to set the pace and will do so this weekend, although an off track could hamper her efforts.
Grausturm entered by chooke. This grand dame chestnut comes in as the final co-favorite of this field. She is still able to put up the speeds and running down the front runners. Many think that her age is a hindrance, but she seems to keep surprising many when she is at the wire with the rest winning a couple along the way this year.
Goldinsky entered by qcd. This filly started the season slowly but has been building steam ever since. This stalker is right in the range of turf she likes best and that could be to her advantage. After a few workout races at allowance level, she returns to stakes to attempt to return to her form of old.

[2,3,1

post-2599","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-previews","category-reviews","category-uncategorized
["GET
