We are all familiar with the successful nicking pattern of the Mr. Prospector\/Northern Dancer cross in real life; Kingmambo, Distorted Humor, Elusive Quality, Thunder Gulch, and Grand Slam.<\/p>\n

The question we all have is; what are the successful breeding patterns that produce stakes and graded stakes horses in the SIM?<\/p>\n

I have listed the top twelve leading active two year old sires in the SIM.\u00a0 Sorting through a maximum 999 records reached for each sire, I have reduced the total to just the results that have produced Grade\/Group races, Stakes races, Grade\/Group placed horses, and stakes placed horses.<\/p>\n

The list is sorted alphabetically by Dam Sires, then the Type of Race won, and then by Surface \/ Distance.\u00a0 Looking at these lists you can easily see the best nicking patterns for the sire in question.<\/p>\n

Yes, I am well aware it doesn\u2019t take a rocket scientist to put an A.P. Indy of the back end of almost any sire, but wouldn\u2019t you like to know who A.P. Indy doesn\u2019t nick well to before you plop down 2000 credits for his DS.<\/p>\n
