He traveled sweetly on the bit until he was asked for his effort and he surged at halfway mark and went further in the stretch and continued to draw away from the field over the final furlong of the race, on the post he won by 4.25 lengths. They tried hard to pick him up but Dante had too much speed through the entire stretch run and they just could not keep up, he held the lead and was eased down on the line to win by a 4.25 lengths.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><STRONG><SPAN lang=EN-US style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal\">Fontain returned to scale and was thrilled by the win saying once he got to the front he was always going to win, that was an impressive win and there are bigger things in store for this horse as that win was done in pretty easy fashion and there is plenty more improvement and he continues to perform at the highest level.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><STRONG><SPAN lang=EN-US style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal\">2ofus was also quoted after that race as saying \u201cThis guy has been a great performer for me, this is his 5<SUP>th<\/SUP> Grade I win, and it is a great thrill to be training him He has always competed against the best and has held his own\u201d.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><STRONG><SPAN lang=EN-US style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><STRONG><SPAN lang=EN-US style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal\">In winning Dante recorded his 16<SUP>th<\/SUP> win from 49 starts and importantly his 5<SUP>th<\/SUP> win at Grade I level.
