2 \u00a0<\/SPAN>Ringo’s Hope (tbassett)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Lightly raced son of Tiznow has found his calling as a dirt marathoner.\u00a0 Unbeaten and untested at the distance, but\u00a0shallow waters get deep today as he takes the leap from allowance to G-1 company. \u00a0<\/SPAN>Speed\u00a0figures are on the light side, would have liked to see this guy get some experience at the stakes level before taking on the big boys.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

3 \u00a0<\/SPAN>King’s Gift (IRE) (tatty2)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Suspect this one will stalk the pace coming in off six weeks rest, but he seems to settle for second more often than not.\u00a0 Nary a stakes win to be found and tries this distance for the first time.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Tough to endorse.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

4 \u00a0<\/SPAN>Jabbog (bleumoon)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Consistent sort, but hasn’t fired a triple digit speed\u00a0figure in his career.\u00a0 Hard to imagine\u00a0the six-year old will\u00a0do so today as he goes to the post for the 43rd time. \u00a0<\/SPAN>Stakes winner at this distance, but\u00a0needs a lifetime best to threaten this crew.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

7 \u00a0<\/SPAN>Flygroom’s Goldie (kyrin)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Nice foundation going into this race for this five-year old son of superstar sire Sadler’s\u00a0Wells.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Last four have been at this grueling distance and he\u2019s gotten his picture taken in three of those. \u00a0<\/SPAN>First try in graded stakes is long overdue – string of twenty straight stakes appearances gets snapped today.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

8 \u00a0<\/SPAN>Time Bomb (AUS) (dixieracer)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Only Aussie bred in the field will have the home crowd in his corner.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Got back on track in last after firing a couple of duds.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Son of Viscount bred to get the distance, but takes first shot at it today.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

9 \u00a0<\/SPAN>K’s Unpredictable (supreme)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Dominating last out against allowance foes and is G-1 placed, but the speed figure he earned that day won’t scare any of these.\u00a0 Immaculately bred horse seems to be another pace player.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

10 \u00a0<\/SPAN>Casual Connection (piracing)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0\u00a0Imposing, well-bred six-year old has $2.3 million in the bank and counting. \u00a0<\/SPAN>Both G-1 wins came at this distance and he’s going to be awfully tough to deny today as he sets out to make amends for a distant sixth place finish in this race last year.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Choice for the win.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

11 \u00a0<\/SPAN>King Of The Wind (topicount4)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Veteran trainer sends out this speedy, graded stakes placed son of Deputy Minister, but he’s never\u00a0gone this far and was well behind Lemieux Again in G-2\u00a0company three starts back.\u00a0 Pace player at the very least.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

12 \u00a0<\/SPAN>Lemieux Again (mrfu)<\/B> \u00a0<\/SPAN>–\u00a0 From a breeding standpoint, it’s hard to imagine this six-year old son of Storm Cat savoring the prospect of tackling sixteen furlongs.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>On the other hand, he does sport a trio of triple digit speed\u00a0figures, and should get a nice stalking trip.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Think he gets leg weary in the final furlong.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
