Givins gets the nod aboard our co-favorite One Bold Rush<\/B>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>\u00a0<\/SPAN>This horse is coming of a near win finishing second in the Oaktree Handicap \u2013G1<\/U> which seems to be habit he\u2019s formed throughout his career.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Although he does have two regular stakes wins he\u2019s finished second an amazing five times in Graded events.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>He finished last year rather sluggishly but has bounced back nicely in three of four races.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>He looks poised to finally break that streak and finally find the winner\u2019s circle but he\u2019ll be facing some stiff competition.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

In only her seventh lifetime start, Otto History<\/B> is already looking to grab her third Graded win. \u00a0<\/SPAN>Starting later than most in her career this filly is fresh off a G-1 win.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Today she looks to take on the boys to prove her worth.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Although I\u2019m never one to bet the girls over the guys, she\u2019s one that may just make it on my tri ticket.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Blessed with a ton of early speed she will try to wire the field considering she can overcome a bad gate position and questionable jockey choice.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Our second filly in the group has one thing in common with her jockey K. Bortz; they both have only one win.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Although she\u2019s managed to hit the board in four of her last five starts in Grade 1 races, I think she may have bitten off more than she chew.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Her number just don\u2019t seem to live up to competing with her male counterparts and with only a MSW win to her resume, I\u2019ll have to pass.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

This Kingmambo <\/B>colt came along very well the later part of last year including taking the Jockey Guild Gold Cup \u2013G1<\/U>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Although he\u2019s had a couple bad trips this year, his come from behind style may be what is needed to find the winner\u2019s circle.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>With so much front speed battling it out, he\u2019s hoping for others to tire and pass them in the stretch.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>If he can find that magic tough he had last year, then winning this race wont be a problem.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Look for him to come storming through horse in the backstretch.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

As our other co-favorite, Captain Jim<\/B> looks like a freight train looking to crush the field.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Winner of his last four starts that was capped off last time out by winning the Someone Set Us Up The Bomb Stakes \u2013G3<\/U>.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>His only downside is that he has had a tendency to cool off for a few races but trainer gosox<\/I> made sure to include an Allowance prep race in between those wins and I like that move.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>I think this horse just needed to gain a little bit of his confidence back and it\u2019s shown in his performance.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Box him, key him but by all means put him on your ticket somewhere.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Just when you though that $10,000 can\u2019t buy you much these days, vertain <\/I>proves to us that a keen eye can still find a diamond in the rough every now and then.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Since being claimed two seasons ago, this horse has garnered a handful of Allowance wins and one regular stakes win to boot.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>However, just don\u2019t see what it take here to compete at this level of the game and I think he\u2019s a lot better off running back in allowance races where he\u2019s sure to bank those precious BP\u2019s.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>With bad showings in his last two races I think I\u2019ll have to pass as it will take a career best to hit the board.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
