No cooking competition this time around but there is a competition for those people who are skilled at leaf throwing. That\u2019s right ladies and gentlemen it is the annual leaf throwing competition back again already. Time goes by quickly doesn\u2019t it.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Its pretty simple if you don\u2019t know it, you basically choose a leaf and then throw it.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The one that goes the longest wins.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Have a good day at the track today folks.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

4yo Filly up against the boys here.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Big call straight up but she isn\u2019t called Xtremely Awesome for nothing.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Has run in some big races including a third place finish in the <\/SPAN>Birmingham Stakes -G1<\/SPAN> <\/SPAN>as well as an incredible 4th<\/SUP> place in another G1 race against the boys. So folks she can definitely run.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Besides you have to wonder if some of the boys take more notice of her than actually running. One of the less fancied runners by the bookies here is Acid a 4yo colt by Woodman.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Has been up and down in form with a very good run for 3rd<\/SUP> in a G3 race 4 starts back but then produced a hugely disappointing run in a G1 race 2 starts back coming in at 18th<\/SUP> spot out of 20 runners.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Last time out ran in 4th<\/SUP> in a Stakes race so may be coming back into form. Definitely on good odds if he gets across the line and would have to expect anything from this one.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

This 4yo colt was almost scratched from this race when he was noticed with a burning fever a few days ago while going out to the training track. The trainer and his vet however have worked miracles and here he is looking fit and ready to go like nothing else.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Who would have thought he was at deaths door hey\u2026Ignoring his recent sickness he has a good solid consistent record at the allowance level over this distance.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Stepped up last time out to the Stakes level and came in a fast finishing 2nd<\/SUP> place.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Another chance here today. <\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Very lightly raced is this 5yo horse. 13 starts for 5 wins.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The rumour that if he is pushed too hard he stops is wrong.
