TNT Is Da Bomb <\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P>

Nebraska<\/SPAN><\/B><\/st1:place><\/st1:State> – TNT is a 9 YO mare by Polish Numbers and today in <\/SPAN>Nebraska<\/SPAN><\/st1:place><\/st1:State> she was honored by having a race named after her.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The TNT Special<\/I><\/B> is a seven furlong event for three year-olds, to be run over the turf course for a purse of $45,000.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>TNT had five wins from 38 starts and was not only a stakes winner but was graded stakes placed.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is the dam of two foals to race, one is a winner.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Saturday will bring together six well matched fillies and although the purse isn’t the largest, most of this group is trying to get back on track or perhaps emerge as a legitimate stakes contender.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Here is the field by post position.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Post one was drawn by Dirka Dirka<\/B> (7\/2) a nice looking dark bay filly by Vindication.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has been in the money in four of her six starts and has won two of them,\u00a0 <\/SPAN>The Cobrakai<\/I><\/B> trainee followed her maiden win with a victory in the Sadly Into Wingo<\/I> stakes and then tailed off a bit.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She seems to be back on track with a good second last time out in an allowance race.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>This race will probably tell her trainer if she is a solid allowance filly or a legitimate stakes contender.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Tobasco Explosion<\/SPAN><\/B> (2\/1) is a pretty bay filly by Phone Trick.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is trained by Tobascoca<\/I><\/B>t and is ranked # 47 with three wins from 11 starts.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has also only been out of the money twice in her career and was red hot as a 2 YO.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She won the Furious Bloomer<\/I> and placed well in three other stakes.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She won the Godmother<\/I> two back and was second last time out in the Mother Live<\/I> with a speed figure of 92.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>I am not sure what she is doing in this lowly race but she is the one to beat or conversely the one with the most to lose.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Denveru<\/SPAN><\/I><\/B> has entered his bright chestnut filly by Miesque’s Son, Denver Doll<\/B> (5\/1) who has four wins from 15 starts.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has not won as a 3 YO but usually manages to hang around for minor parts.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She finished third in the Siam Curad<\/I>, the Mindsword<\/I>, and the Five Star Wendy<\/I> before running a terrible race last time out over a rain soaked track.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>There will be no rain on Saturday so she should return to form. \u00a0<\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Breaking from the middle of the group is Germanic Blueprint<\/B> (5\/1), a plain brown filly by Perugino.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is the only other top 100 ranked filly in the race coming in at # 85.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has won three of 15 starts and although she has not won in over six months, she did run a decent second in the Off From Love<\/I> two back at shorter.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She has several graded attempts before stepping down the class ladder and hitting the board.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Trained by Redburduk<\/I><\/B> she will need a good showing if she wants to retain the ranking.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

Lost In The Smog<\/SPAN><\/B> (4\/1) is trained by 4deven<\/I><\/B> and is by Buddha.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is one of the few with experience over this racetrack as she finished a closing fourth in the Queen Bluffy<\/I> last time out.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She is a stakes winner, taking the Maiden Star<\/I> four back at 7 1\/2 furlongs and with three wins from 11 starts she seems to be one that could move either way depending on her finish Saturday.\u00a0 <\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

The outside post goes to Hot Sauce Demoss<\/B> (9\/2), a bay filly by Reset.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>Named for an NFR bareback rider, she is trained by Socalsgrl<\/I><\/B> and is a two time winner.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She finished a closing third last time out in the Bone Of Pegasus<\/I> at shorter so the added distance might help her.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She also has an out over the track when she finished second in the Three Burg<\/I> but she is another who has not seen the winner’s circle in over six months. \u00a0\u00a0<\/SPAN>Her finish in this might decide her fate as to whether she stays at this level or drops down to where she can win.\u00a0 <\/SPAN>She does have improving speed figures and should like the longer distance. <\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
