Jockey M.Barnes is capable of getting the run needed from him to make him a contender. It would be a mistake to overlook this one.

4) FAME AND FORTUNE 11/1

Another one entering the race off a career best 107 SP last out at this distance. Making only his 4th start on the main track for trainer lenny11 the 5yo son of Danehill makes his Stakes debut today and the trainer must feel confident that a repeat of his last start could make him a Stakes winner at first asking. 18 of his 21 lifetime starts came on the lawn where he had moderate success. He will have to step it up a little here to take home the top spot and trainer jonsnow has enlisted the services of top jock I.Thomas to make sure he gets the best possible trip.

6) SPECTACULAR CAT 9/1

Goes postward in his 41st career start in search of his first Stakes victory. If he can run back to his last stakes win 3 back he would rate an honest chance of that effort. I would prefer to watch his progress in this race rather than risk any monry at the windows.
