(SP)Wyoming-He\u2019s a Gay Devil Special had not many surprises in the race and an easy win for one of the favorites. Fusaichi Magpie<\/font><\/B> came out of the gates right where he wanted to be and easily took the lead when the race was winding down. He crossed the wire almost two lengths ahead of the next runner. In The Evening<\/font><\/B> still shows he is there to run and has added to his impressive string of good runs, although still looking for that needed win again. A second was all he could manage this time out and it was rather an easy run for him. Rounding out the top three came Sing Phyl Sing(GB)<\/font><\/B>. He once again had a very impressive closing kick and once again he was in a race that ended before he could benefit.

All week long it has been rainy and nasty which has left the track a mire. The track grounds keepers will do their best as usual and there should be fairly decent racing for the weekend. It for sure will be a day for the horses that like to play in a soggy muddy mess. Up this week is the $50,000 aptly named G. Sea Special. It is eight and a half furlongs on the dirt for colts that just turned three years old. There are seven intrepid souls entered in the race so let\u2019s take a look at them.

That\u2018s Not Cool<\/font><\/B> entered by fishy<\/I>. This front running colt comes in looking for his second win at the stakes level after seven attempts. He has been a consistent performer but has a definite problem fading near the end of a race. He has a year more to mature and the a long layoff of stamina training that should help. Now it will be interesting to see how he likes a sloppy track.

Frontal Assualt<\/font><\/B> entered by vampire3<\/I>. This colt enters into his eleventh race still not settled on any one particular style of racing although it looks like he may develop into a closer. He has been slowly increased in distance and with each step responding well. He has been on a couple of off tracks and done well so we will see how he likes swimming a race.

Intergalactic<\/font><\/B> entered by eddie72<\/I>. This will be only the third race for this colt by Aptitude. He has a years maturity, but still an unknown quality. He won his maiden last time out in impressive fashion at a longer route so should be able to compete here. No telling what the track conditions will do for or to him.

Wild House(GB)<\/font><\/B> entered by ddahl<\/I>. This British colt will be making his debut at the stakes level to open his season. He is likes to close from the back of the field so he has an understanding of all the players. He ran his best effort last time out on an off track so could be set up for a good performance this time out.

Sino Fave(IRE)<\/font><\/B> entered by lbgong<\/I>. This Irish chestnut already has two stakes win at this distance coming in. So far he has run two graded stakes with disastrous results so coming back to a regular stakes should be his best bet. He has yet to run on any kind of an off track so there is no indication how he will respond, but having the hot jockey Jesse Sands in the irons should help.

Tale Of Auror<\/font><\/B> entered by auror<\/I>. This stalking colt comes in as a co-favorite of the odds makers. His last outing was a very impressive run in a graded stakes where he took second, but there has been a lengthy layoff since then. Was this due to injury, the trainer is not saying. He is another who will be going for the first time on an off track. So he will either crest the wave or flounder in the shallows.

Mountain Flood<\/font><\/B> entered by bdhp<\/I>. This chestnut colt comes in aptly named for the weekend race and its conditions. Whether this will translate into a win will be have to wait till Saturday. He likes this distance and has shown consistency his last two races while charging from the back.
