The colt has won both of his last two starts, The S. Group Special, and The Cool Future Bonanza, both races held on the turf and at seven and one-half furlongs. This weekend Explosive Touch <\/b> and owner kibs <\/i> will try to make it three in a row.
In the second slot is Winning Spree <\/b> (Speightstown x Seattle Slew x Dixieland Band) out of the dam Miss Warlock. This chestnut colt is owned and trained by stevesutto <\/i>. The colt\u2019s last start was in The Berzerk Era Stakes where he finished second, three lenghts behind the winner, leading up until the near-last moments and then fading back. His last win was just the race before in an allowance caliber race in Georgia where he won by one and one-fourth lengths with a career best speed figure of ninety-six.
In the third post will be Likes It Firm <\/b> (Ectron Park x Storm Bird x Pine Bluff) trained by 1i6 <\/i>. Out of a total of only six career starts this bay colt has finished off the board only once. His last start was in an allowance caliber race in North Carolina where he won by two and one-fourth lenghts and posted a career best speed figure of ninety. The only race where the colt finished off the board was in The Surpassingly Hope Challenge where he fisnished in tenth, only four and one-half lenghts behind the winner.
In the outside number four post is Wonderboy Enjoy (IRE) <\/b> (Barathea (IRE) x Seattle Slew x Nijinksy II) and out of the dam Seattle Spurn. This chestnut colt is owned and trained by thierry <\/i>. The colt\u2019s last start was in The Flag Get Stakes where the colt led up until the last seconds of the race and faded far back, finishing fourth, seven lenghts behind the victor. The colt\u2019s last win was when he boke his maiden last year in Vermont where he won by one and three-fourths of a length.
