Has been out of sorts his last 2 start when stretch out to 12f both times and didn’t perform as expected. His 2 starts prior to that were both very good wins clocking 102 and 107 over 10.5f in stakes company. Back a furlong in distance which will suit as is far from out of this event if he can produce that sort of form. Right in this.

2 SILENT MAMBO 6yo Sunday Silence Horse Trained by bwarrick 12/1. Ok this horse is no easy beat by any sim standards, but has performed better in Allowance race than in stakes events. 2 starts ago he did run a good 2nd in a stakes event, but he is going to have to do something extra special here to force an upset. Not the worst.

3 KILLERZANDGLITTERZ 6yo Glitterman Horse Trained by killerz 17/1. Old timer getting up towards the 50 start mark and has done well racking up over half a million dollars. I do feel that this race is beyond him at this stage, but can still be a force back in allowance races. Others make more appeal.

4 CHEESE N MAC T 4yo Miswaki Colt Trained by cashstable 26/1. Another that performs in Allowance level better than at stakes level and really does look to be behind the 8 ball in this event. Not here.

5 SECRET DROP 4yo Lemon Drop Kid Colt trained by cr 16/1. This colt goes for only his second stakes try in his career, but at this stage i really do think he’d be more of a chance back in allowance company, where he is a model of consistancy. Other make more appeal.

6 TWO TO TANGO 5yo Cozzene Horse Trained by oldgraymar 7/1. Very consistent of late and carry’s good form into this race if you forget his last start, where he was against some very hot competition. Before that he has had some very nice runs including a win in a stakes race over 10f clocking an impressive 105 and does look to be one of the danger horses to the favorite here. Great chance here.

7 LACONIA LIGHT 4yo A.P. Indy Colt Trained by Whitehall 7/2. Here’s a colt with massive potential. Started his career as a 3yo and has a stunning run of good finishes. Real showed his quality with a 4th in the G1 LA Derby and hasn’t disappointed since running 3rd in a G3 event and winning 2 stakes races. I really like the look of this bloke and I think he is going to unleash a huge run in the race and I don’t see anything having the good to stop him come Saturday. Put your house on him.

8 GEODESIC QUARK 4yo Exploit Colt Trained by derbyrun 5/1. This horse does have ability, but has also been asked to do the job over a variety of distances and classes. His last 2 starts one was a 2nd in a stakes the other a 2nd in a G3 over 9.5f have been right on the money and I believe the distance should suit him. Can do enough to get into the top 3 here, but does have a huge job infront of him in trying to beat the favorite.

9 DARWIN(GB) 4yo In The Wings(GB) Colt Trained by wellington 13/1. This horse could be building up to a well deserved stakes win. Steered very carefully by his trainer in Allowance company. Last start made the step up into the stakes arena and performed beautifully running 2nd. Now he has run in to a tough field here, but you just can’t knock this horses comittment to 100% effort evry start and deserves respect. Could be the surprise packet.

10 SHAMAARAN(GB) 4yo Anshan(GB) Colt Trained by hoyos 99/1. No offence to the trainer, but this horse really needs to get back to allowance level and see if he can build some form working through his restrictions before taking on a field like this. Not here.

11 BUZZBRINGSTHEBEERS 4yo Vindication Colt Trained by gr8bigsea 21/1. This bloke really does have the job ahead of him if he is to make an impact here. In my opinion he was look good in allowance races over slightly longer and should be able to sneak a stakes win from 14f to 16f. Other make more appeal.

12 LETHAL QUEST 5yo Rainbow Quest Horse Trained by lethargic 7/1. Somebody please change this horses name to Mr. Consistancy. What a fantastic galloper to have in your stable, finishing worst than 5th only 3 times in his career. Form of late has been good, but will find the favorite very tough in this event, but he will give a great run for your money as per usual. Good top 5 chance here.

13 ACT OF GOD 4yo Empire Maker Colt Trained by lenny13 9/1. Firstly forget last start, pretend it isn’t even there when you look at this horse’s form, then you’ll see that this horse is right in this with a good chance. The distance will suit him perfectly and always performs well around this distance and class. Right in this for a top 5 finish.

14 RUSSIAN THEATER 7yo Seattle Slew Horse Trained by sunairfarm 9/1. What a fantastic old campaigner this horse is. Currently in some of the best form of his career. His last 5 start he has racked up 2 wins and 2 placings in stakes company over a variety of distances and a win in a G1 over 16f, showing his versatility. Rest assured this old time might be out of the distance range that he really loves, but he will give his best and is a excellent chance at a top 5 finish.

Good Luck all and Happy Punting!!

[2

post-1437","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-previews
["GET
