Although outcome was no surprise watching Vanguard pick’em and put’em down in lane was enough to make every owner envious.<\/p>\n

early speed could be a plus here because alot these show they like to follow till the top of the lane. The problem is this one has showed in the past that if left alone she plays very well by herself. I do believe 7 furlongs isn’t the best distance for her which could be made evident.<\/p>\n
The above was posted in the Buglar on Friday. The 12 made a nice early lead yet Howling Success kept from getting the clear lead needed to go gate to wire. Did show guts passing Howling Success again in lane after losing spot to that one prior.<\/p>\n
Howling Success ran as big a race as any getting the lead a couple of jumps to be outfinished by the top two while losing the show to co-pacemaker. Will see more in another spot I’m sure.<\/p>\n
Birds of Paradise was a little dissapointing today laboring on the rail for most while never being apart of anything but early going.<\/p>\n
pp13 Tassover the Bux G 10-1
has ran well at distance while finish ok to be outfinished by others. can’t see here because if her style wins the race there are others who look better with same gameplan.<\/p>\n
The above was my forecast for the place horse on Friday. While seeing her potential did feel there where others whom employed the same past tactics that would outfinish her. Great job outside of horses finishing gamely to one of the games better sprinters at this point.<\/p>\n
Which leaves Vanguard whose presence was felt the entire race falling only 5 3-4 lengths back to mount a stretch run that would find her well on time. Appeared to be strong enough to go further if the need had been there. Great job by the ownership of Vanguard.<\/p>\n
