The forecast going is firm.
On the rail is Pedro On Boost, a chestnut filly by Pulpit out of Senorita Geri, a Mr. Prospector mare. Bred by mrrx7, she runs for the roar99 stable. Still a maiden, she has finished second twice, most recently when beaten three-quarters of a length in a Grade Three event over seven and a half furlongs last time out, when she recorded her best speed figure of 85. She has also finished third twice in graded company, including in the Fauster’s Juvenile Cup, a Grade One contest over six furlongs, so has run creditably despite not yet having a win to her name. Perhaps that could change this weekend. D. Doyle has the ride on this joint-favourite.
On her outside is Dark Flash(AUS), the other joint-favourite in an open betting contest. By Lonrho(AUS) out of a Danzig mare, this chestnut filly has won two of her six races to date, the first in a Maiden Special Weight race over six furlongs back in April and the second in a Stakes race over a mile, two races ago. Last time out, she finished two lengths behind the winner when fourth in a Grade One race over a mile against the colts, putting up a speed of 87, her best to date. F. Durst is in the plate here for the dkyoung4 stable.
Pay No Attention, by Johannesburg out of a Kingmambo mare, has run four times previously, winning all but one. In that race, she actually put up her best speed figure to date of 78, when finishing only a length behind to be fourth in the Smackdown invitational Stakes over seven furlongs. Last time out, she won a Stakes race for fillies over a mile. Bred by jimcougar, she runs for the simsters1 stable and needs to improve a little to take a major part in this race. The capable A. Reed is in the saddle.
In Time(IRE),, a filly by In Excess(IRE) out of Nurse Helen, a mare by Gilded Time, is bred and trained by million. She has won three of her six races to date, putting up her best speed figure of 79 two races ago when taking the Smackdown race by half a length. Previous to that, she had won a Handicap Stakes over six furlongs against the colts. Last time out, she finished ninth of fourteen in the Grade One Filly Grand Prix at Ascot, a race from which four of the first five are competing in the Breeders’ Bowl Juvenile Turf Filly race this weekend. C. Shull has the ride.
Tap It In, a grey filly by Tapit out of Dani Zig, by Danzig, was bred by unshaded99 and runs for the dundey2 stable. She won her Maiden Special Weight race at the second time of asking, but has not won since. Last time out, she finished third, beaten six lengths, in a Grade Three race for fillies over a mile, recording her best speed figure of 80. She has a bit to find with Pedro On Boost here, as she finished three lengths behind that filly in the Grade One Fauster’s Juvenile Cup. M. Fontain partners her here.
Bit Of A Ruse was bred by afc3 and runs for gradeone. By Seeking The Gold out of Danehill Reef, a mare by Danehill, she has won her two latest starts, the first an Allowance over a mile, which was her first run on the turf, and the second a Stakes race over the same distance, in which she recorded her best speed figure to date of 84. She also has two wins on dirt to her name, so looks to be a versatile sort. E. C. Doyle has the ride.
Only A Kiss, a filly by Woodman out of a Nijinsky mare, has run just three times previously. On her debut in July, she won a Stakes race over six furlongs, then disappointed in a Stakes race over a mile in her second start, beaten sixteen lengths to finish fourth of five. Last time out, she returned to the winner’s enclosure in a Stakes race back over six furlongs, recording a speed figure of 79. Her pedigree says she can improve over a longer distance, but whether she is up to the class of this race is debatable. F. Dirks has the ride for the aalusive stable.
Sudden Thunder T was bred by refinement and runs for the tgroup stable. The winner of two of her six races to date, she disappointed last time out when last of fourteen in the Grade One G.S.R. Diamond over a mile, when there must have been something amiss. The previous time, she put up her best speed figure to date of 85 to win a Stakes race over a mile. This daughter of Sudden Thunder, by Storm Cat, out of Smouldering Riddle, by Sadler’s Wells, will be partnered by A. Jones and is the outsider here.
Sinnfully Speedy(IRE) is by Sinndar(IRE) out of Speed Specialist, a mare by Academy Award. Bred by canismajor, she runs for focusforce,, and has won two of her seven races to date, at Maiden Special Weight and Allowance level. She has finished second in her last three races, the first two of which were Stakes races over five and a half furlongs and the third of which was a Stakes race over a mile, in which she put up her best speed figure to date of 78. Not quite sinfully speedy, she has the assistance of Z. Kentucky in the saddle.
The oddly-named James Boags has won four of her six races to date. Last time out, she completed a hat-trick, putting up her best speed figure of 76 to take a Stakes race over seven furlongs, having previously won a similar race and a Stakes over six and a half furlongs. By Johar out of the Fantastic Light mare Virxe Do Mare, she is bred and trained by cjt2 and has N. Schreiber aboard.
Solo Hollandia is bred and trained by pellegrino. By Mt. Livermore out of A.P. Guitar, a mare by A.P. Indy, she has won two out of six races to date. Last time out, though beaten into sixth place, she ran her best race to date, recording a speed figure of 80. The first three in that race compete for the Breeders’ Bowl Turf Filly Juvenile on Saturday. P. Michael has the ride.
Destined was bred by fatattack and runs for the super24 stable. By Rahy out of Baylee’s Dreamer, a mare by Danzig, she has won two of her five races to date, a Maiden Special Weight over a mile and a Stakes race over the same distance. Last time out, she finished fourth, beaten two and three-quarter lengths, in a Stakes races over a mile, putting up a speed figure of 79.
Dancin Ransom is by Red Ransom out of Sovereign Fort, a mare by Forty Niner. Bred and trained by socalsipe, she has run her best speed figure of 79 in her two latest races, most recently when fourth in the Grade One Filly Grand Prix. Before that, she won a Stakes race over a mile. S. Collins will be the jockey.
Drawn on the outside is Bella(IRE),, who is bred and trained by graz628. By Moon Ballad(IRE) out of West City Secret, a mare by Carson City, this filly finished second, beaten a head, last time out in a Stakes race over a mile, when she recorded her best speed figure of 82. Before that, she won a Stakes race for fillies over a mile, and before that an Allowance race over the same distance. G. Tiggle is in the saddle.

[2

post-1031","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-previews
["GET
